PLAVE is a virtual kpop boy group (theyre obv not AI, there are real people behind them). • there are 5 members: YEJUN (💙 hair), NOAH (💛 hair), BAMBY (💗 hair), EUNHO (🤍 hair) and HAMIN (🖤 hair) • 3 members are very hands on (producing, lyrics, melodies, etc) with the group's music: YEJUN, NOAH and EUNHO. • 2 members do their choreo: BAMBY and HAMIN in PLAVE there are 2 rappers: EUNHO and HAMIN, while the rest are vocals. but in all honesty they've shown in their covers as well as from their other livestream that all of them are pretty versatile. eg. EUNHO can most definitely sing and NOAH can do an amazing rap. I really despise how a lot of people shit on PLAVE for being a virtual group (calling them AI, robots, etc) when just 30 seconds into their MV I was instantly overwhelmed with how immense their talent is. I have seen a lot of negative comments about them on Twitter and it grinds my gears, even with other virtual/semi-virtual groups like MAVE and SuperKind. Also these IVE releases are just hitting so well! Already topped my On Repeat playlist.

They're more of a self-produced idol group but their title tracks definitely have a band feel which makes them stand out i also got day6 vibes from them at first! they only have one other mv their debut Wait For You but they have two lyric videos you can also check out 'Pixel World' and 'Why?' which have a different sound than their title tracks lol other than that there are a good amount of covers they've posted on their youtube channel the most popular is Noah's (blonde one w the airy voice you liked) cover of Betelgeuse so i def recommend that if you wanna check out his rock-like vocals 😼 again thank u so much really appreciate you 🫶

The beat switch for “f” is actually a verse from a whole different song of the ep (Hercules) he incorporated it in so smoothly for the mv version. The regular audio doesn’t have that part. And same tho, give Bobby his views man. “U a gaslight *itch” line will eat everytime 😂 now be ready, man’s went live right after the ep dropped talking about the next album already saying might be out in January🤯 but we got some bewhy again 👏🏾 yes he’s always done the melodic singing/rap style. plave and mave are not under the same company so they aren't a brother/sister group to each other, and also plave is under a company called VLAST (which isn't a kpop company btw), their company they are under are the people who help with their visuals and their avatars of course so the members themselves choreograph their dances, compose and write their songs.

LOOSSEMBLE LETS FUCKING GOOOOOOOO!!! okay so what happened with them is long and complicated but basically Loona's company made their contract really unfair, they only got 30% of profits but would pay 50% of expenses so the more money the group made the more debt the girls would get into and so one of the members, Chuu, filed for the contract to be broken. The company ended up kicking her out of the group and tried to start rumors that she was rude to staff and leaked the messages where she was supposedly being rude. (She was being so polite despite all the mismanagement lmao). The remaining members were pissed and also filed to have their contracts terminated. The first three that were able to leave joined Modhouse and promoted under their old Loona subunit, Odd Eye Circle a couple months ago. Two other members joined that company and their new group as five is ARTMS. The other half of Loona joined a different company and are promoting as Loossemble (Loona Assemble). The remaining members Yves and Chuu are going to be solo artists now. Chuu is coming out with her first song/album in a couple days. Or maybe today. I'm bad at remembering dates. Also throughout this Orbits were heavily boycotting anything under their original company and I think this might be one of, if not the biggest kpop boycotts ever?? It's definitely a significant moment. Also Chuu winning her case has set a precedent with contract negotiation and kpop court cases which is huge! Sorry for the essay and any info I got wrong I tried to make it quick and digestible but this was quite the rollercoaster for loona. They've been so supportive of each other and have said they still want to be loona so maybe one day. Okay thanks for reading bye!

Summary of where LOONA members are: Loossemble (Hyunjin, Yeojin, Vivi, Gowon, Hyeju) have released Sensitive and an album. ARTMS (Heejin, Haseul, Kim Lip, JinSoul, Choerry) haven't released anything as a group yet. Odd Eye Circle is now an ARTMS subunit, as BBC didn't copyright the name, and have released Air Force One and an EP. Heejin is currently teasing a solo release. Chuu has released Underwater, a pre-release for Howl and a mini album. Yves chilling, casually looking for a company, and has written some music (such as Strawberry Soda from Loossemble's album).

Loossemble is a 5 member subunit of LOONA. Around a year and a half ago all of loona started their legal cases against their abusive company after Chuu was kicked out, and have all since started their "Post-Loona" careers. Currently, there are legal troubles with using their songs and their name as LOONA, but they have all said that LOONA is not disbanded or split up, they all have individual goals and paths that have opened up after cutting ties with BBC :D The Loossemble MV has a lot of tributes to the 12 of them because theyre all still members u kno

I'm so late but thank you for reacting to PLAVE! 💜maybe someone already clarified it but MAVE are not asociated with PLAVE😂that's just a coincidence that sadly has also caused PLAVE to be confused with a group of fictional characters. MAVE is made with AI and its members/characters are part of a "metaverse", while PLAVE as you said are real a people who just protect their identities like vtubers. Even if their avatars represent characters that have a whole lore that they mention from time to time, they show their own personalities on live streams and sometimes even make jokes with it. Their "company" Vlast is not even an entertainment company but a startup specialized in virtual content and 3D modeling. So they're just in charge of managing the mocap technology, designing the 3D locations, the avatars of the members, etc; while the members are in charge of the music. They compose and choreograph their own songs💛

you should check out PLAVE members song covers esp Noah and Yejun since u mentioned tht u like airy vocals :) You can check out Noah cover on dangerously by Charlie Puth since I believe it is easier to consume it. Eunho (the white hair, rapper) also did loving you girl cover which was heavenly.

imo I see ive constantly getting an insane amount of hate, especially wonyoung, so I can see where either way came from. I thought the same as you, I was so surprised to see ive do a more melancholic concept ! but the lyrics are really relatable which is nice, I never expected to get this kind of comfort from their music but I love this song

I hope you can check out Odd Eye Circle a subunit of LOONA too, they had a comeback earlier this year with Air Force One!:) Also for a *super* quick rundown for LOONA situation: they had issues with their company and when they were released from their (terrible) contracts they signed with separate labels. The group has not disbanded but they will be promoting separately until the foreseeable future. I'm thinking once they get the rights to all their og stuff they will try to promote together again.
