I would say you should check the pdas from the guys you kill, good way to get some extra stashes and you don’t break the rules if you don’t keep the pdas to sell/dismantle

Gunsmithing tools do drop from toolboxes, the white toolboxes seem to have a slightly higher drop chance for them. Good luck!

Sometimes i wander if Looty is a son of a Trashman and Semenov...We have never seen Semenov without a suit, it could easilly be a female of a controler. This can also explain the mesmerizing nature of the videos.
