In regard to the service, the service was very good at all locations except for the beach drink service which was lacking. Sometimes we felt as though we were invisible. The room was one of the best that we’ve stayed in but bring a digital clock as there isn’t one in the room. There are several USB outlets around the room and the room was cool and very comfortable. The refrigerator is not very cold as the front door is made of glass and not very efficient. The food overall was very good both in the buffets and the a la carte restaurants. Service in the a la cart restaurants was fast and efficient and we loved the food in these restaurants except for the Mexican restaurant which was our least favorite. If you don’t like what you ordered, they will happily bring you something else. The perks you get with “Unique” include one small bottle of rum, a small bottle of champagne (all Lopesan guests get this), a fruit platter and desert platter upon arrival, access to the Unique restaurant providing lobster and seafood, room service every day (regular guests need to request room service through the app), your own awesome butler who will book your restaurants and get you whatever you need, 45 minute hydro massage (pool with water jets), drink service on the beach, express check in and the ability to book any restaurant at anytime as a priority. The resort never feels busy even when it is full as you can see in my video. We enjoyed ourselves so much here that we will be back in two months.
