I just cried to this?!?!?!?! My pastor used 2 sing this when i was like ten years old. I was a goofy kid.in church, laughin' and jokin' n stuff. My pastor used to bust out in a song during tides and offering one Sunday he bust out w/ Hold Out and i actually felt somethin' for the very first time. I didn't know it then but it was the Holy Spirit. I hadn't been 2 church now 4 over 3 years but hearin' this stirred up God's spirit in me!

This is when people didn't mind praising God, and enjoying his presence. This is when people didn't mind getting sweaty for Jesus. This is when congregations would get involved. Almost everyone would be standing,singing and moving for Jesus! This is when people simply praised. I was about 6 that year. I was right out there praising God with the rest of the people. @grizzlemc1662. I feel you. My father is dead but I still would like to bring him back and kill him myself. He hurt my siblings and killed our mother. Your feelings are normal. My doctor had me write a letter to him. Write what he did to you, how it made you feel and how it has affected your life. It helped me. God bless you and remember hating harms you more. It's like drinking poison hoping the other person will die. Stay prayerful. If the s.o.b is alive, confront him (take somebody you trust with you and speak your truth to him). Remember he ain't worth your going to jail over. He may not acknowledge what he did, he may apologize but he won't forget what he did to you ever. Love you in the Lord. Praying for you.
