I use to play when I was younger took guitar in HS and i was ok. I think it means so much more now because before it was just empty song or chords now it's about worshiping the Lord. At time I can't help it I just start crying when I play these songs just overwhelmed with the holy spirit

I am comparing each other but yours is best and simple.The only thing I need to know is to apply your strumming.It's July 4th but I stay inside and never waist my time because tomorrow back to work again.
Hey Leo, I'm glad you think so. If you're having trouble with the strumming, practice just the strum pattern by itself without any chords. Mute your strings with your fretting hand, play the video, and play just the strum pattern with me. This'll help you focus just on the pattern. Do this over and over until you are very comfortable with the pattern and you can do it on your own without the video. Then you can add in the chords. I hope that helps you. --Jonathan

Hey, sorry for the late reply. This song has an 8 beat strum pattern, which is: D / _ / D / U / U / U / D / DU The 2nd beat is skipped, with only up strums on beats 4, 5, & 6. Remember, up strums are always on up beats (in between beats). I hope that helps you. Good luck!!
