@@WTF198 I enjoy starting and ending my day with racial vitriol. To fulfill my need for it throughout the day, I just watch any Democrat media... CNN, MSNBC, Colbert, Jimmy Kimmel, Jimmy Fallon, Trevor Noah, John Oliver...
Best TV character hands down! From the mannerisms to the made up sound affects, Michael Richards gave it his all and created a beloved and amazing character ❤️
"but you have to wear a ribbon" "I have to?" "Yes" "See that's why I don't want to". The truth of such an interaction. Who hasn't felt this way? No one.
My Aunt died on a waiting list within the Canadian healthcare system. When I tell people I dont support public healthcare and want private healthcare, they act the same way as that Ribbon lady. They demonize me and question why I wouldnt support govt run healthcare.
@@Michael-fw5ef Well demonizing a system because it failed one time, and advocating for another one that could make other aunts of people without money die (probably many more), sounds like you haven't thought about the issue enough. You are letting your emotions cloud your logic. The waiting list for public healthcare priorizes expectancy of survival, lifestyle of the patient that is requesting a transplant, and many other aspects. On the other case, private healthcare, you get a transplant if you have money to pay for it. Sounds like one of these systems is realy unfair, and the other one less unfair.
"I'm on First and First. How can the same street intersect with itself? I must be at the nexus of the universe." That's always been my favorite Kramer line.
The blooper outtake of Kramer smoking and drinking is ten times better than the one in the episode. He drinks a full jug of bear while having the cigaret and then burps a smoke cloud.....best acting I've ever seen!
Only when "Elaine" falls so deeply out of character (frequently), he occasionally lets go. But that's it. What a shame Louis-Dreyfus couldn't restrain herself.
we all have do or said thing we wish we can take back. I don't think that shows you HEART . IF YOU LIVE THAT WAY THAT'S A DIFFERENT THING. He is a good man.
@@holo_gram_ it's just a style of sweater, it's kind of unfair nowadays but it originated from holiday sweaters with super cheesy designs in a certain type of sewn-on "pixel art" for lack of a better term. These days the same old school style is used for awesome things like the above, to be ironic in a funny way around the holiday
I would include the later scene (I think it's the last scene) in this episode (it's the one where Jerry is boinking his maid) where the maid/prostitute's manager/pimp picks up Kramer off the street and offers him "work" as a "maid." There's no loud antics or pratfalls but his characterization is perfect and hilarious: "Do you know how to work a mop-wringer?"
😂😂😂. You just can’t get much better than Kramer when it comes to comedy. He has no filter, eccentric tastes, is downright spastic, and can be pretty annoying. But strangely he’s endearing. The coffee table book bit killed me btw! “If you don’t have a coffee table, it turns into one.” 😂😂😂
One of my favorite's is when Kramer puts his key in the bird food, the bird eats it then dies and Kramer's response was "The bird was too weak and feeble to know what it was doing" lololololol
uh wot: Actually in the special features of the dvd it was said that the scene was done in just one take, and Michael Richards was only supposed to take just one sip of beer not guzzle the whole mug. The other guy along with the crew were so shocked at what he had done, they didn't laugh until later.
you have no clue how filming works? You think things are just perfectly done in one shot everytime? You never heard of bloopers? lmao actors redo scenes over and over again until people can get through it without laughing
That feels intentional. Jerry's a standup comedian, so outside of his standup act he settled into the role of the straight man while his professional actor friends delivered the comedy. The show's whole sense of humor hinges on Jerry's neighbors selling themselves as zanier personalities than his.
@@Princess_Ruto It's a method that's been a part of many comedies. Bob Newhart was the straight man, Mary Tyler Moore the straight(man?) haha. The Barney Miller character, the straight man. It works well.
There are so many great Kramer moments, you can't do a top fifty without leaving out a lot of them. But how could you leave out the scene where Jerry sees that Kramer's smoking has turned his face into "an old catcher's mitt." Kramer reacts as if he were Gloria Swanson in Sunset Blvd. It is a priceless, hilarious scene that they could barely film because Seinfeld kept cracking up!
I love when Kramer reaches for a wall to lean on and his hand misses the wall. The best! Where you going Crackerjack?! The bus is outta control!! You're an anti-dentite! Lines still relevant today
I dont know about the order of the rest of the list, but "here's to feeling good all the time" being number 1 is perfect. It was the moment that made me want to watch the entire show.
Kramer as the Pimp will always be number one for me, no matter what any list says, really want to see more Michael Richards out there working a truly great actor
One that should be in the top 5 is when Kramer says "is it? Or is it so possible that it just blew your mind?!?!" I don't remember it exactly but that was one of my all time favorites
I think it's a brilliant list. To squeeze Karmer's best moments into a top 50 would've been extremely difficult. He could easily have a top 100. Great video!
Missing, too, was his return to stand up, when he talked humorously of people being strung up in trees... "Strange Fruit" is a great song. Check into it.
Not only was it the first take, they didn't even rehearse that scene. It was a last minute rewrite. Jason Alexander was given the lines only minutes before they shot that scene.
