It literally happens in shadow of war, though quite a bit too much. I know balrogs are supposed to be unkillable but the balrogs fight there went on for way too long

...and it never led to a lost match of Goldeneye 007 ever.

I wish it were easier to do splitscreen, but games look too good now. You can’t render a game twice like you used to :(

@@RDR911 Splitscreen is dying just simply because playing online is easier and better in some ways We had so much fun with many splitscreen games with my friends on ps2 and 3 but i don't exactly miss it in most of the games nowadays

Heroic sacrifice ending

I've always done that when I played this game and it would have been awesome and hilarious if the level ended in failure if you did that, missed opportunity

Realistically, that should be a defeat, but the fact that it isn't is pretty hilarious.

It’s not Shadow of Mordor but this is funnier…how cool is being able to toss that damn annoying hobbit that stole his ring!!??? Damn hobbits are worse than mosquitos

I did that the first time… Went, “hang on a tick… did I just toss the One Ring into Mount Doom? And DO THEIR JOB FOR THEM!?”

It's just like the actual ending with Gollum and Frodo fighting for the ring before tumbling off the cliff. Should have ended the same way, but it didn't because... Uh game xD

I've never forgotten that. The thing is that they spawn just as Sauron becomes playable, so it'll almost certainly happen to a player their first time playing

@@GPhipps it's that bad when the dudes from Valinor are basically asking Sauron to stop by sending their air force.

@@Tmanowns Hell all of the classes are annoying about it, but warriors especially. Particularly when the AI gangs up on you.

Warrior: 100 to 0 combos that make Tekken and Street Fighter blush Assassin: Instakill basically anybody, and still has some solid melee combos Archer: Semi-auto skull popping action from 100yrds away, and can just blow up and/or poison anyone foolish enough to get close Mage: Deletes entire formations w/ AOE everything, hard counters archers, and is still no slouch in melee esp. w/ the self heals God this game was great

On legendary if a warrior or scout starts a combo on you, kiss your health bar and your life goodbye.

I always found Witch-king a bit more useful than regular Nazgul; the ground pound freezes some enemies and then its an AoE blast compared to the random leaps.

Damn I remember that game, so much fun was had playing it with a friend split screen.

Nice game, hated when the soft lock at the end level happened, we already were beating the game at the hardest difficulty, and then the soft lock happened Pretty good times indeed

@@bloodangel19 There arent many games like Conquest whereas Shadow of Mordor at least largely follows the soy sandbox of endless Ubisoft titles

@@danb4900 you know ubisoft didin't even patern that kind of open world? Also they didn't have many games like that when SOM came out, in what, 2013 i think. Their most famous franchise, Assassin's creed, still followed the old style before switching to the rpg style in 2018, 1 year after SOW came out. Their only big time rpg, open world game, which was Far cry 3 which is still upheld as the best in the series. So what is your point again?

@@danb4900 SoM is way, way ahead of AC or other cookie cutter games. It's an actual great series. Better combat, gameplay, graphics, enemy variety, everything.

It'd be better if someone made a mod of it and dedicated it to Sir Christopher Lee.

@@solaire2271 problem with that is MORDOR is fortified to fucken hell & back, sauron has flocks of fell beasts (drakes & other nasty shit) not to mention the absolute fuckton of orcs in his lands, all of which carry arrows that are poisoned. sauron would immediately notice them, & at that point all it would take is one arrow & the dark lord would be reinvigorated with his reclaimed ring.

Maybe cause we don’t see this fella use either of their abilities in this montage.

@@solaire2271 not really, the ring is designed to tempt the one who has it and it's at its most powerful when near mount doom, so the eagle will probably never destroy it and take it for itself, that's why the only way was for Gollum to take it with himself and destroy it unwilling

In the game there are voice lines that say that they are “traitors” but not because talión or something but because they knew or thought sauron was going to be defeated and then rebelled and went to kill nazgul because they were tired I guess, yeah don’t try to make sense of it but it’s kinda fun killing them with nazguls

As Tolkien wrote: "and there are treacheries and strife even among the Orcs." There are always also those who want to just do their own thing :).
