If you'd pull a LTR extended art foil, note that they are currently very rare and going at 3-5x the values of non foil. They can only be found in collector booster samplers as of rn.

The artwork extends beyond the regular card border, and the foil / holo cards have a reflective finish.

Yes, it was the absurd prerelease pricing on June 21st which you can see here: www.mtggoldfish.com/price/The+Lord+of+the+Rings+Tales+of+Middle+Earth+Commander/Archivist+of+Gondor#paper - pretty much every card plummeted in price within days of the video being released.
