I liked that name too, especially when paired with the Shadow Carja armor. I always thought it made her look like a badass superhero.

Had to stop playing for a good minute after hearing that😂 Londra is such a diva but the man is undoubtedly creative.

I'd see Aloy eventually making a book titled "Aloy, my life as a Seeker". Essentially she identifies more with her role as a Seeker than the Nora.

That was SAM?! I had no idea! Gods, that man has such a range. Have you seen the video of him reciting the Sith Code in the voices of all the Sith he's played? He's an insanely talented voice actor.

his relationship with the actress seemed to have Musk/Grimes parallels too - the team knew exactly what they were doing when they created Londra i think!

Additionally, this franchise being made decades in the future, would also mean that these stereotypical Dino depictions are even more out of date then they are now. This is like the equivalent of Jurassic World showing off Dinos as being as slow, sluggish, dim witted, and hardly bird like, as we once thought a century ago

@@lochness5524 Tell me about it. I always hated that Jurassic World didn't bother to update their old dinosaur designs from the previous trilogy to be more scientifically accurate. I don't care if that would have been "non-canonical". You're filling children's heads with lies for peat's sake!

​@@vantagepoint9270 Doesn't matter to me. Steven Spielberg has always valued awesome over accuracy. You can defend JWD all you want, but good animation and special effects don't make up for poor story structure.

@@maxleroux as much as I’m glad they made some attempt to make them more accurate, your right, it doesn’t make up for shit storytelling. Plus, even when they had feathers, they still didn’t bother with accuracy, like with Pyroraptor being a swimmer. Not that I’m saying it didn’t swim rl (modern large flightless birds and even larger non-avian theropods being an example), but that specific manner like a penguin just doesn’t make sense for an animal with this body plan and lifestyle. This is like expecting a cheetah to be capable of swimming through water the same way a Sea Lion could do. Not to mention the Oviraptor that was eating a egg, and having multiple species from different places and times for the prologue. Also, I never thought I’d have to go on about innacuracies for Horizon of all things, seeing as there robots so there was never any point in comparing them to their rl organic counterparts

From some of the info we get from the collectibles, with the dinosaur fighting and them coming from portal, it reminds me of a Uk show from a couple years ago with a similar premise called Primeval.

There’s no reason why sufficiently advanced AI can’t be friends with each other. There able to communicate effectively and feel empathy for humans, just as we saw with Gaia and CYAN, forming friendships with humans and whatnot. So i see no reason why they couldn’t do the same with each other

It's not really a competition since they're both egotistical maniacs but Ted Faro is still the worst. He destroyed the world, funded to help save it, realized it would all come back to him in the future and then proceeded to not only attempt to kill off the entire project to preserve a future for humanity but purged literally all knowledge from the past just so he didn't look like a bad guy

Bear McCreary was the composer of the music in that game. I don’t think Guerrilla would have any interest in pursuing such a lawsuit against a beloved game composer such as him.

@Phreemunny makes no difference stolen copyrighted material is still stolen copyrighted material he's not the only composer who has done this and other ones have gotten in trouble just because his name is a little bigger doesn't mean that he still shouldn't suffer the same consequences.... the entire Horizon team over at Guerilla took risks Beyond risk to make that Horizon series and people should not be stealing their material no matter how big they think their name is... another composer worked hard on that piece and deserves credit for it where credit is due
