Hello, it is a really great match with Elex Vela, yes, and I agree with you about the punch, I can say that it produces great analog sound and is a serious musical amplifier with a price-performance ratio, I use it with pleasure... Thank you for participating, I wish you days full of music with my love...
@@Arslanbey701 To be honest, I sold the Elex-R thinking the Elicit-R would be a step up, but the Elicit-R has a different sound than the Elex, Comparatively, non-organic/analog for lack of a better term. So, I sold it and bought another Elex-R. I understand the new Elex-4 also has a different sound than the Elex-R. 👍
@@michaelmasztal7871 Did you know, I sold the elex r and bought the elicit r and I saw that there were a lot of differences between them; for example, the elicit R is a much softer tube amplifier and has a higher resolution, but it does not have the tight bass, fast dynamic and angular stage, and vocal width like the elex, so they are different from each other. Yes, elicit increases in terms of resolution etc., but it is exactly the opposite as expected, so if you want a hard and tight stage dynamic sound, you should definitely continue with elex, but if you want a softer, more comfortable sound, continue with elicit... By the way, have you tried the new elex mk 4? Some people say that the old elex starts tighter and has more volume, and the new elex has more resolution and comfortable presentation, I wasn't sure and wanted to get an opinion... Thank you, greetings from Turkey 🙋🏻♂️
The question I have is does the amplifier have the power to drive them? I have the same speakers that I'm using with a Hegel H120 and an Audiolab cdt9000 and the amplifier doesn't really have enough power. Was looking at an Elicit or an In200 Atoll.
elacs love power and never say no, I think they don't go bad with elex, although not completely; Elex has a very voluminous body and a torquey structure, which does not create a bad harmony... In short, there may be better matches, but they are not bad with Rega Elex either.. Thank you very much for your participation and comment 🥰🙏🏻🙏🏻
By the way, I missed one of your comments, I don't think it will happen with Elicit, because it tastes like an elicit tube and is more enjoyable on a musical stage, so the dynamic torque is not as much as Elicit, which made me think for a moment that you would reach the same conclusion with your other amplifiers. Atoll 200 is a model that I think could also be used, it has a stronger, dynamic and harsh character, but it also has a slightly darker side, you can still try it 🤔
İnanılmaz. Tamda elac bs 403 e geçmeyi düşünürken denk geldiğim kanala bak. Kendimi çok şanslı hissettim bir anda. Öncelikle elinize sağlık çok güzel deneyim yaşatıyorsunuz bizlere. Klipsch the nines aktif bookshelf kullanan biri olarak setupumu üst seviyeye taşımak istiyorum.
Helo 🙋🏻♂️ I use QED reference audio 40 for my CD player and I like its high dynamic resolution aspect. If you have an analog amplifier, I recommend it to you too, I would like to say this with all my sincerity 🥰
