On the events screen there is device log and system info icons. If I select either one it says 'no events'. I called customer support and spoke with 2 different techs and nobody knows what those icons are for. Would you know?

how do I turn this annoying when I get alerts when the vehicle pass by or somebody passed my driveway I get this alerts I get 32 alerts images or recordings

Having an issue right now and not sure what the deal is. We have a new Samsung 4K monitor for this Lorex N843. It was working just fine then we disconnected everything and hung monitor on wall. Hooked everything back up and now when we powered it on it said Lorex then went to black screen and downloading symbol then nothing. Can’t get it to show on monitor now. Checked all hdmi cables and they are all good. Did the main box take a crap? I have app and still see and it is recording but can’t see anything on monitor. Ideas to try?

Awesome review video! One question - when there is an instant notification of Person (or Vehicle) Detection and you click that notification, will this app navigate you to live view or historical video clip at the time that person/vehicle was detected?

Your review on Lorex N4k2-84wd is excellent. I just purchased this system and like you said easy to install as a novice. I am having a problem activating sound recording and talk back. do you have any knowledge with hearing sound on cameras? thank you!

I rch by device password and when I enter it it keep saying incorrect but I log out the app and log in back so I know the password correct and you help plz

How do I reset pass word for camera

Does this app allow you to scrub out Timelapse through the recording?
