Mills is trash.. Damien Pierce saved his job because Lovie was about to pull him right before long TD run.. Also OJ Howard was wide open in red one to take lead but Mills never looked his way.

I'd say let him play out his rookie contract while Houston continues to build the roster for his successor - Like the Chargers did for Herbert. Top Defensive Players are a more 'sure-thing' in the NFL too

Hey, I only watched the highlights, but was the announcer a he or she? Whatever, the announcer was very good, but I felt like I was listening to Pat on SNL.

@@malcomlovejoy The announcer was really good; but dang, I couldn't tell if it was a guy or a girl! It is 2022, and I do enjoy a bit different voices in the booth.

The announcer is Beth Mowins of ESPN and the Raiders preseason telecasts. She did the Tulane-Houston game on Friday. Get used to it, CBS has been using Mowins on the NFL since 2017

To be fair Mills wasn’t terrible today. He had some flashes but we are still drafting a QB next year 😈. If the Texans had a great QB, we would have won a lot more this year.

Staley is the reason the Charger's actually have an o-line after years of garbage protection. He’s also added so many players on defense, even though injuries are derailing the team this year. He doesn’t deserve to be fired. Lombardi on the other hand is a different story

Wouldn’t call it a W. It was a straight L. They showed once again they can’t hold onto a lead and only did cause the team they were playing Is so bad. Any other team and chargers would of loss. I know everyone loves Staley just cause he’s a good talker but we need a good HC not a motivational speaker. Man hired shitty joe Lombardi just cause there friends. If they miss postseason again with all this talent the spanos must fire telsco and follow up by firing the whole coaching staff

Why does that even matter? Do you turn on the tv and put the game on just to focus and see how many Texans or chargers fans are in the stands? Normal fans just watch the game and aren’t wasting time trying to troll from seeing a lack of fan attendance in the stadium. As a loyal die hard charger fan it doesn’t bother me seeing empty seats in a stadium of course it wasn’t a charger home game but still familiar sight none the less that’s been recurring theme at Chargers home games since all the way back in San Diego during their last I don’t know 6 to maybe 8 years in San Diego, which then carried over into the move to Los Angeles. San Diego Loyois will try to claim the Chargers never had to deal with a lack of fan attendance when they were in San Diego, which is a load of bullshit because if you watch charger games at home before the NFL and FCC changed the rule that removed blacked out home games on tv from lack of fans in the stands. Before that rule change chargers games we’re getting blacked out multiple times a season 🤷🏾‍♂️🍻💯⚡️

Go watch a chargers home game in 2006 or 2007 and you’ll see it’s filled with 90% chargers fans. There’s a difference between having no fans vs having fans but they don’t show up cause there team is ass so they rather save there money
