Welcome to this video featuring the temporary shuttle between the C and K light rail lines, Route 857! Since the K line currently ends at Westchester/Veterans Station, there is a gap between the C and K lines until the tracks south of Westchester open. This shuttle fills that gap and operates at the same frequency and schedule as the light rail trains, every 10 minutes during the day. The shuttle runs nonstop and on this trip was operating on a detour due to the LAX metro transit center being under construction.
