Nice project Rickard. 20-24mm camera glass for increased punch. If your local electricity is 60Hz (NTSC) you need cam shutter of 1/60sec, PAL 50Hz shutter 1/50. Avoids electric light flicker inside. Do test to check improvement. Cool.

The video was going pretty fast, so it was hard to really get a good idea of the layout of the building. Maybe start with some drone shots to give an overall impression & location info. Then go slowly from room to room.

Jeroen Dutoix also the location is in small city (marbella). number employements possibilities compared to some spanish cities are also low unless you are in barcelona/madrid/sevilla/valencia area. the price should not surpass 350 000 euros. unless its one hell of a mansion
