❤❤❤ Di Jo v kar rhi hu lekin especially thigh and hip areas ka fats remove hone ka nam hi nahi leta ...kuch specific exercises upload kardena aap...I know target area is not applicable still the lower part of the body looks more bulky @simple tips Anwesha

Thank you Anwesha Di for the effective workout video❤❤🙌🏻🫶🏻...Di,kya aap kuch specific workout videos share kar sakte ho like jinka spinal cord mein problem,knee,back pain,spondylitis ho but want to tone arms,thighs,hips,belly at home,bcz can't join the gym and heavy lifts should be avoided...🙏🏼🙏🏼
