Hello! I'm a 17 yr old girl who currently weighs 70 kgs (154 lbs). I've been doing this exercise for 3 days. I'm still 70 but well three days isn't a lot after all. My journey so far has been extremely hard. Day 1 was very very exhausting and i couldn't hold a single exercise for more than 25 secs. I felt like giving up on Day 2 but I reminded myself that life isn't a bed of roses always and we gotta do what we gotta do. Day 3 was today and honestly speaking it felt refreshing but still I struggled a lot. And I'm not going to pretend like it's easy cuz it's not. If u have taken up a challenge u must face the hardships to see the consequences. I'm going to continue this for at least two weeks. My aim currently is small, to get to at least somewhere between 60-65 kgs. If that works, I'll continue this for all of summer. I'm also eating very less, next to nothing compared to the amount I used to eat before. I'm facing lots of hardships but I'm not going to give up. I'll try to keep posting my progress here, even if nobody sees this, I'll come visit my comment every day, to regain my motivation. So far so good, looking forward to smthng better. Day 4 today and it's getting a lil easy ig. Flutter kicks and leg tuck ins are still quite difficult. Day 5 today and I'm not lying when I say that it's getting easier day by day. I completed almost all of em without stopping.

So guys sharing my experience, Weight: 58kg 1 Day ✅: well it was very very very hard for me for the first day. I couldn't do the planks properly but I will continue doing this exercise for a week. Day 2✅: i did it! But still couldn't do the planks mai knee truck that much *sob* but i will still continue it. Day3 ✅: it's burning! I literally still cannot do the planks properly I can do that only for 20 sec i guess. Idk why but these exercises are pretty hard for me. Hope soon I will find it easy to do. Day 4 ❌: well I was busy all day because I have exam tomorrow. *Got my period today😢 So, I will continue this maybe from 3march* So i am back !! Starting this again from day 1 and thia time i am gonna do this for a whole week without a break Day1✅: agh did it! It was painful tough. But i will not give up! Day 2 ✅: i did it ! 🙂 Day3 ✅: did it! I followed these exercises 3 yrs ago to get rid of love handles and belly fat. It worked. I'm back on this video again as I've gained weight around my stomach again. Great exercises. 👍

@arafanihar8988 Took me 3 months. I also ate lite meals. Avoided eating to many sweets and bread. I have never been fat. I just had love handles (weight around my belly and sides)

@@KtcbkiGgifxxdd Yes, slightly. Remember, losing weight isn't an overnight miracle. Especially fat around the lower belly/stomach area. I was never fat. Just developed fat around my belly and love handles. I'm glad I did the exercises. Just make sure to do these exercises and also eat well during this time until you achieve the results you are happy with. I've put on belly fat again after 1 year. I've been eating too many chocolates, especially at night😁 I have to start these exercises again. 💪

Drink at least 3L water in a day if you wants to lose weight. 2.drink lemon water (lukewarm) along with 1 spoon honey in morning just after workout. 3.include salad in your duet 4.cut down sugar if you craving for sugar eat 1 spoon saunf (fennel seeds) with some water. 5.drink jeera water (lukewarm ) after dinner. For better results try to finish your dinner before 7:00 P.M and do evening walk if possible .. Edit- I followed these tips for 1 months with cheat days too still i reduced 2 kg weight without doing any exercise.. For tomorrow I start this challenge ❤❤

Day 1 : Could complete the exercises for most of the video. Leg Tuckins were the hardest. Could not do that for 15 secs even (weighing 63kgs) Day 2 : 60% success , Leg Tuckins and Bicycle Crunches - 15 Secs Day 3 : Rest day - due to work Day 4 : Back on game.Finding the exercises more comfortable

Started my workout from today. So, sharing my experience Weight - 55 Day 1- Done it difficultly 😢 Day 2,3,4,5 - I haven't done it due to some personal reasons.. I will do it from tommorrow onwards and I will update you.. Challenge restarted Day 1 - Successfully completed 😊 Day 2- completed ❤ My happiness after doing this exercise is I can see my body sweating... Day 3- Done 🙄 Day 4 - perfectly done 😂 Day 5- Noticed some changes 😊 Day 6 - ❤ Day 7 - perfectly completed the challenge 🎉 I decided to continue this challenge for the next 7 days❤ Hey guys, day 1-Again successfully completed 💯 Day 2-Completed 😮 Hey guys, I forgot to say that I am taking a good diet during these challenge days... So I will briefly explain my diet... My diet plan is that 1. First of all, I completely avoided eating rice 2.I skip food at night I wanted to tell you one more thing..i.e, I am OK with my diet... Pls don't imitate it. Sometimes that may not be applicable for you guys. So, All the best guys ❤ One more thing guysss, sometimes I may forget to update my challenge details... Day 1✅ finished the excercises with ease. Can't wait to complete the journey Day 2✅ body is sore, it was very hard to do the exercises. Completed them none the less Day 3✅ I'm still very sore but it was much easier to do the exercises Day 4✅ Body is still a bit sore. First 5 exercises were easier to do but it was hard with the last 3. I'm however more determined than ever Day 5✅ Soreness has faded, I've noticed "dents" in the sides of my belly. Not sure if they have always been there and I just didn't notice. Haven't seen a sufficient amount of change but I'll compare the pictures from day 1 and 7 when I complete the challenge. Day 6✅ I'm at a stage where I can workout and not wake up sore😂I'm gonna try to keep the streak. Day 7✅ Realized I had not done the excercises after dinner but I wasn't gonna let that stop me. I was so full and my body was heeeeeavy 😂. My belly is not completely gone but I see that it is squishy and rests towards the bottom now. Normally it would be firm and just looks like I'm 4/5M pregnant😅. Another thing is I used to feel very heavy in my body but now I feel lighter. It is important to note that I have not changed my diet in any way or form. This routine works for me and I'll continue to do it until I get the desired results. Day 8✅ Have added another routine to this one. Still on the fence about whether to keep doing the both of them together Day 9✅ Decided to just do two sets instead of adding a different routine. I didn't finish excercise 7 in the second set...it was so hard😭😭😭 Day 10✅ A bit sore in the ribs from yesterday Day 11✅, Day 12✅, Day 13✅, Day 14✅, Day 15✅, Day 16✅, Day 17✅, Day 18❌, Day 19❌, Day 20❌, Day 21✅

Exercises are fine but for fat loss to occur, a proper diet is a must. Exercising alone can shape your abdominal muscles and make them look good, but ONLY if you melt that layer of fat that is covering them (and your whole body...) Exercise without good nutrition leads to nothing in my opinion. Problem is I have no idea about calories and nutrients. I tried Next Level Diet and currently it' working perfectly for me. I definitely lost some fat. It's slow but steady process. 100% recommend.

Here updating it Day 1 : feeling a little tired,legs are hurting Day 2: skipped because leg pain ( recommed doing a little warm up before starting it) Day 3 : did it , feeling better than first day Day 4: much better Day 5: feeling a little more sweaty didn't feel any changes till now Day 6: feeling a little change Day 7 : didn't loose the belly fat I think because I missed it a day so starting it again

I did these exercises for a whole week and I tried to eat a bit better mainly not ordering and cooking more at home. After only 6 days I noticed a difference, my waist looks slimmer and I am not as bloated as when I started. These exercises are definitely effective!

Be motivated! Because I have been doing this for over than 3 weeks. This works better and I felt the burn in my belly fat after 2 weeks. Just be motivated and this is so harder than it looks. You will have pains in your body in the first two days. Don't care and continue! Good luck❤️

When I was in my early 20s, I still used to watch these sorta videos while laying on my bed because I always wanted to keep my body lean and have the same perfect amount of curves. Breathtaking is when something inspires awe. You may see a beautiful woman and say “she takes my breath away,” or “she’s breathtaking.” It means she is so beautiful and you are in awe of her beauty. Starting today ( Not 7 days but 30 days challenge ) ( Target weight 50 kg ) Day 1 : completed Day 2 : completed ( weight 54 kg ) Day 3 : completed ( I was busy the whole day but still managed somehow )

Hey everyone watching this video! These exercises are very useful.. As suvini(the coach)said it's pretty intense, yes it was....! I have completed my 7days challenge today... And my parents say that your belly is slightly looking flat... When I started my belly was 36inches and now it's 34inches!!!! Very happy to share this you all!! Try this it definitely works !!😊

@@nimishaac6659 yeah they do get paid for it but that doesn't change the fact that they do all these excersises for us continuously..its not like they are machines whom we just give money & they work accordingly😂...they still have to practice & do it on their own that also perfectly so that everyone else following them doesn't do anything wrong

Im boy age:15 and weight:70kg height:5'9 My workout routine First this workout session after 2 minutes break I do rope skipping and 200 jumping jacks After 5 minutes I do biceps curls Day 1: little bit hard i wasn't able to do bycycle crunches ✅ Day 2: did every exercise was able to do bycycle crunches ✅

I had seen a very change 1 day very hard .2 day no change 3 day a little bit change but not too visible 4 day a little bit change 5 day almost see some changes 6 day l saw my belly was sucking in day 7 very changes but I started this exercise for next seven days and I could see my flat belly remember you should have control sugary food and stay hydrated

Just started the workout alongside a 2km walk/jog. I love how she continues to talk while working out and she’s shows she’s tired. I hate the work ikr where they don’t even look out of breath

day 1 its very tough,but finished some how,thinking to start this work from last one month finally i started today,feeling good and positive.ill keep upadate,lets see how it gonna work on my belly becoz iam doing this after my c section. day2 guys seriously iam tired doing it,but finished with less number,its really dificult to manage mnths baby and health at a time.trying to be active and positive.

Hi, I am 80kg, and I started the exercise from mountain climbers but I couldn’t do almost all as i couldn’t even lift my leg properly but somehow still ran out of breath. I realised how weak I am. I want to say day 1: ✅ but instead I will place ❌ first. I will put a ✅ when I get to the stage of able to do all sets properly. Day 1: ❌ Day 2: Did manage to do a few the rest I did by scaling down most of the steps. ❌

Okay, to keep me motivated, i'll try to update this daily, every time im done with a work out day 1- 75% in, i thought i was going to puke. took breaks but finished the workout day 2- my legs are killing me but finished the workout. day3- Im getting better at it i guess. i have never hated 45 seconds more but finished the workout. Day4- I swear i feel dead. Yet here I am, tired and sleepy but finishing the workout. day5- honestly, the breaks are getting lesser and fewer but i still see no changes in my body but i am sure i just have to be patient. a little cranky but finished the workout. Day6- can't believe I made it to day 6, it's exhausting and u get easily frustrated and feel like giving up when I see no change but I'm muscle less not brainless. Patience is a virtue and I am learning that slowly. Feel like dropping dead but finished the workout. DAY7- i am honestly surprised that i managed to do this today especially since i injured myself during the mountain climbers- okay, im exaggerating a little, my toe nail dug into another toe i dont even know how that is possible??? anyway at the end of it im proud of myself and satisfied knowing that im healthier than i was a week ago. i dont see any bodily changes but honestly i couldve been stricter with what i ate. I hope this comment motivates someone else to join me in this painful anf exhausting journey of getting healthier. also, did anyone else feel that they were doing the bicycle crunches wrong? no?? aight.

her training has nothing to do with your fat burn . it was all due to your dietary changes and the calories you consumed vs burned
