Il consiglio, e' di affiancare a questa serie di esercizi una dieta sana ed equilibrata... puo sembrare ovvio, ma i fatti parlano chiaro.. su 100 persone che proveranno, forse, 10 o 20 inizieranno ad informarsi su macronutrienti, metabolismo basale e tipologie di dieta.. e di queste 10 o 20 persone, 2 o 3 proveranno ad affidarsi ad un nutrizionista che spieghi loro come perdere grasso cutaneo che le seguira passo per passo.. Con tutto questo discorso non voglio fare il pessimista per quelli che vorrebbero dimagrire, ripeto, questo set di esercizi e' efficace e utilizzo anche io una variante simile con i miei piccoli, pero' bisogna sostenere una dieta che lo affianchi specifica per la persona.. concettualmente sarebbe come dire di passeggiare all aria aperta un ora tutti i giorni {il che farebbe di per se estremamente bene} pero poi mangiare hamburger, pizza, patatine e piatti fritti tutti i giorni della settimana.. la dieta giusta (anche con poco allenamento} tonifica e leva il grasso di torno gia da sola. For sure, watching how all the fat dissolved within weeks was such a relief! I used what I mentioned the other day, and although it actually took a bit more than a month, I finally got strong pecs, I just go’ogled Baker Henistole, and now the looks I get from others are totally worth it.

I have a little chest fat left and i do this workout twice a day followed by 120 wall pushups and 120 wall incline pushups. Do you know how many days will it take for me to lose all ofmy chest fat

Losing weight is hard but then again it’s not, all we have to really do is eat a little cleaner, not take away everything you like but eat smaller portions, don’t eat out too much, and stay consistent as far as exercise, results will be seen.
Update! I wasn’t as consistent, The new semester started and I started a new job. However, I went from 300+ when I posted that comment to now being 215 lbs.

hi guys, assuming that this workout is meant to appeal to beginners (mostly untrained people have chest fat), the workout is really hard. I have tried it nu (erts) three times and come in half to my limits. Even if I am able to torture myself, I can't even begin to do it. In detail: 1 & 2 of 7 are good for warm ups 3 of 7 kneeling push ups, are well doable and challenge me 4 of 7 sholder tap, are exhausting, especially in the frequency as demonstrated 5 of 7 ellbow up down plank, I personally start to get out (about 30 sec.) Regeneration to the next exercise is not enough for me! 6 of 7 clock push up, also here I get out after half and I am exhausted 7 of 7 I can then no longer do. Maybe it is also because I am an older bone (61 years) ;-) But back to the beginning, if it should be a beginner exercise, where I assume, I would love it if the exercise are built so that a beginner also holds out. (Pedagogical> success experience> reward center stores it positively). With me just takes place what you also do not want. My interest in the exercise decreases from time to time. Unfortunately, 14 days is not enough time to get rid of the breasts completely. Depending on your overall health and body composition, it may take a few months or longer to achieve the desired results. And whey is the least absorbed protein there is even tho they sell a ton of it. Only 20% gets utilized and the rest turns to sugar and/or fat. Best utilized protein source is Eaa's in the right amounts. No calories and less than 5 carbs. 5 grams of EAA's is equivalent to 30 grams of whey and 99% gets absorbed in 25 minutes. I made the switch a while back and not only will it build muscles but helps lose fat.
