Drinking 4/5 litres of water like seriously?? Drink when you feel thirsty otherwise this much of water can lead to over dehydration.. & Water intake also depends on your physical activity.. ✌️

Informative video , however weight gain or weight loss in winter or summer depends on body to body. Off-course food also matters , Buh does not mean that having soups at night in winter will keep you full, people who are not used to will indulge more if they don’t get enough calories in a day. Having rice at night is also good in winter as it gets digested faster and keeps one fuller until the next morning meal. In winter all the foods get digested faster Buh you have to be mindful of which food you are intaking. Soups at night will not keep everyone full. So instead opt for Chillas, or Kichdi or high protein with some salad and rice bakri instead of rice and curry. Buh make sure you finesh it max by 7 . 😊
Can you give measurements in cups instead of gram !! 200 gram poha means how many cup . And making food with so many efforts for 1 roti or cheela . Not feel like eating

@@GunjanShoutsI must say you should weight poha or any food raw and then count calories. Because if you do it after cooking you don't know the oil content. Even 1tspooon oil makes huge difference in calories
But ye sab to unke liye hoga jinko Ghar pe jada time dete hai because jo 9 to 5 job par ho ya shift wise job ho wo konse diet kare kabhi shit 7 to 3.30 bhe hoti hai jise exercise krne ka bhi time nahi milega unke according konse diet kare
