Sir, we see and read so many videos about fitness and diet , i am mom of two kids, school job and home. Along with that diet and fitness also , we are too stressed and burned out and not able to follow consistently . For me it’s more of stress eating . I don’t eat more fried food , outside , snack , eat of fruits , but coffee / tea with pastries is my addiction . Give us more guidance on people like us . With this current video I realized one thing instead of fully stop snacking I can reduce the no weekly basis .
