The workout videos s are designed to help you fit in fitness at home, not the gym. (I include the use of optional equipment, such as a step with risers, and stability ball though you can easily follow along without these items).

What an exhilarating way to start my day! Very intense and sweaty but at the same time not too difficult. I just love that I walked 3 miles in less than an hour. Thank you, Angie!

I got 10 lb body weight vest and the fabric for glutes . Did this exercise today with them. I love it. i narrowed down my fitness program to your work out channel , Billy Blanks, Jeanette Jenkins and Has fit. You are all good and you do safe workout. I wish more people will find your channel. I am 66yrs. old and in good shape . I just added you to my program. Thanks for putting out safe workout and putting emphasis on safety. warm up and post workout cool down and stretching are very important. Thanks again.

I too love love Billy Blanks and HasFit. I have a physical therapy background so a warm up and cool down is ESSENTIAL to any workout I plan. Flexibility, balance, strength and cardio are the core premise in most of my workouts. Thank you for working out with me.

I am so happy I found this .i developed sciatica doing some other workouts to the point I was looking for some walking workouts . The other walking workouts I did were not challenging enough but this one really did the job .i have burnt 383 calories . I am now faithfully subscribed . Thank you so much

This was my first time doing one of your workouts. While scrolling through exercise videos, looking for a new one, I came across this video and at first was a little skeptical because it appeared to be too serious for this "senior". However I was able to keep up without too much of a problem using hand weights. Thank you, I'll be back.

Agree with Judy. The music is fab on this one. Had my weighted vest and 2kg dumb bells. Green resistance band. Did not west vest for core on the stability ball. Brilliant workout

AMAZING!! Fitness does not get any better then this!! Those bands!!! Incredible burn! I feel sorry for the people still killing themselves with high impact, joint destroying cardio. No need for that at all. Angie, you workouts are the very best I have ever done in almost 38 years of home fitness. This one does it all!! LOVE, LOVE IT!!!!!!❤❤

Good job Angie it made me tired I just did the walking since my arm is injured your tough🦿🦿in a good way. I got tired wanted to quit but stayed with you and now I’m tired but not exhausted. I like your walking workouts

I love this workout! I've done it twice now. This time I added wrist/hand weights and ankle weights. I'm planning on doing this one repeatedly until I get it. I love the stretch at the end too!

This is just what I was looking for, a steady state cardio for more than 45 minutes. Thank you for this. I burned more than 400 calories without using weighted vest or bands or exercise ball. I just used two 500 gram weights. :)

What an awesome blazing fun work out! Wanted another rebounder power walk so just did this one on the rebounder with only few step modifications due to smaller space. Apple Watch Mixed Cardio burned 392 calories:0
