Hi what are the advantages if any of a softer bounce? I havent purchased yet and not sure I want to go up to 4 5 hundred dollars just want to bounce for exercise. Tks!

the rebounder best for you and the bounce you want is very much dependent on your weight.

I think I got in right at 2000 steps before we went into the Pilates barre session. I used my new toning balls either you this time but my hands got sweaty so I switched to the 2lbs egg weights to finish. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Woohoo it's getting hard for me to find one of your kickboxing workouts that I haven't already done. This is a winner! Loved the heavy weights portion too. The core and balance felt like dessert after all that exertion in the first 2 parts. Thank you Angie!

Awesome power walk followed by challenging calf and glute section. I like the suggestion to wear ankle weights and up to 5 lb hand weights during the power walk portion...I might do that next time!

@@AngieFitnessTV so I have a 4 and 8lbs but I find the 8 digs into my shoulders so I tend to gravitate towards the 4. I’m sure there are some great 8lb designs out there that would be better than than the one I have.

Awesome quick workout. Really good hip rotation moves and expert integration of Barre moves into rebounding. I really love using the rebounder bar for leg stretching.

I really enjoyed the functional exercises in this workout. I’m just coming out of Covid, and I think that this is the kind of work that I need to do. Just wondering; the tricep dips put a bit of strain on my right shoulder, any alternatives? Thanks so much for all that you do, Angie.

Amazing!! That was absolutely phenomenal! Through and through! I loved the push pull and cardio in the first workout. My heart rate was up the whole time! The second one was so fun, it flew by and my whole body felt it! I have to say, the music was so on point too! That third workout has to be my favorite mobility one you’ve ever done! I’ve never used a yoga block so usefully before!! Bravo!! 🎉 🎉🎉❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

I did it!.. I pulled the trigger!... I went to the leaps and rebounds site.... got a 48 inch.... also got a stabilizer bar.... and also got some extra bungees .... I guess for the strength of the bounce?? but not sure...used your promo code... total cost to me $308.00. thank you for the help....
