Here's the recipe for one serving (based on a one meal a day model for weight loss):
8 ounces (240 g) ground sausage, cooked One quart (1 liter) beef broth
12 ounces (360 g) cauliflower, frozen
1 cup (240 ml) spinach
1⁄2 teaspoon (2 ml) garlic powder 1⁄2 teaspoon (2 ml) onion powder 1⁄2 teaspoon (2 ml) salt
1⁄2 teaspoon (2 ml) pepper
----- Cook then add -----
1⁄4 cup (60 ml) cream
4 slices of bacon (optional)
