@@MikeRashidOfficial Ain't going lie been thinking about big mike, good to see the universe brought him back to you hold it down Mike, help strengthen this man health and also help strengthen his spirit you got it LION we with yall
What the fuck! I ain't seen Big Mike since college back in 2018 on Mike Rashid channel. Them fitness videos inspired me back in the day. Glad to see him getting back on the horse.
I’m actually on this journey myself now. I’m down 50 lbs since Feb. I changed my diet (meats, veggies, and fruit) and started working out for 1-2 hours at home. I was 310 now down 50lbs. What sparked the change My uncle who was my mentor passed a year and a half ago. The day he passed he told me he discovered he had diabetes and was in the hospital after passing out. Later that day he passed. We have to take health and fitness serious. He used to lift and bodybuild but because of his changes in schedule mixed with stressed he gained a lot of weight which eventually caused many health issues which were unknown. I started my journey to lose 100lbs because of this. Which has been fueling me to move forward. 50 more pounds to go. Sidebar I used to watch Mike and CT Fletcher for motivation back in the day. Solid dude and watching some of those workout videos motivated me to get up and get the workouts DONE!
When Big Mike reaches his goal he will see that the hard work was more then worth it. Nothing is more valuable than your health and the quality of your life. Keep pushing Big Mike you got this💪🏾. Great job you're doing Mike with helping him.
@@MikeRashidOfficialis alpha shred an app? I would pay for the app. Follow along workouts, at home, at the gym what to eat, timed interval workouts….. I would pay for this! Lol if it is, I’m late, let me know but if isn’t, we need that sir!
One thing that resonated with me out of this whole interview were the few words that Mike Rashid said..."WALKING AROUND WITH EXCESS WEIGHT, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF..." I've been there and it was some dark times and depressive. I've now lost the weight thru hard work, I repeat, hard work, dedication and consistency. I was addicted to bad foods and sugary foods. I looked in the mirror one day and was so damn ashamed of myself. I was never a fat dude growing up. Just got lazy and complacent. I then said no more!! Started working out, back to eating right like I knew I should and had done in the past and now I'm 80 lbs leaner and feel great. No surgery, no so-called miracle drugs/drinks. Just plain, old fashioned getting off of my ass and going to the gym to work out and put in the sweat equity and eating right 6 days a week. I allow myself 1 day a week to have a day where I can relax some on my diet and have a slice of cake, pizza, burger/fries, etc.
ouch don't feel bad big mike he capped me in my knee socket when he said you ought to be ashamed of yourself. I felt that and it was definitely for me. You got this.. looking forward to seeing your progress lets go!!
Really appreciate the motivation. Really hits home. Shout out to Big Mike, hope you get to where you want to be. Keep pushing brother. Shout out to Mike Rashid, we need more brothers like you out here, respect. The visual has to get corrected 14:30 It says scared society not sacred society. Just an fyi
Thank you for your contribution Mr Rashid. I respectfully thought Big Mike needed to work on losing weight first and the muscle building second. I’ve been watching since the beginning. Hard workouts make you so hungry and being in a calorie deficit is a hard battle in my opinion. Rock on to both of ya,this damn struggle never ends Cheers from Canada.
I was wondering when the two Mikes would collab again. Such a great series. Y’all should make this a series with other ppl in the future. Go Big Mike!!!
Mike Rashid and Sean Torbati are the truth! I competed in the first Alphashred program and won 2nd place. Sean gave me a nutrition/macro program which I questioned at first because it seemed like he wanted me to eat way too many calories. After speaking with Sean about my concerns, he reassured me that he is the expert and I should follow his lead. I did so and got into the best shape of my life. Mike Rashids HITT program is hard but doable. If you want to work with Mike, join Alphashred and follow the instructions. You will get results.
I wish I could get this type of coaching, mentoring & attention.. I'm rooting for you, myself and other in this struggle Big Mike.. also Salute Mike Rashid your content with EYL and 19Keys is always inspirational and informative.. Peace!
Every human has a set point built in. Your body thinks that you’re sick when you lose a lot of weight. It literally starts the process of making you regain weight. Your metabolism slows down, your grellin hormone increases and your cravings increase. Most people will regain their weight.
Most people hit their goals and then lose the good habits. You can reset your set point by hitting the target and staying there over a year. You have to maintain certain habits.
Went from not working out as intense, to eating healthy, but not eating the right portion sizes, to admitting to eating junk lol. The junk is the #1 reason why you gained all the weight back + more. And I’m sure not as intense means missed a lot of days
What I don’t understand is when people recommend that everyone be entrepreneurs. You do realize that even entrepreneurs need employees. It’s just not the best advice. Everyone needs passive income, but that doesn’t mean don’t work for someone else or a company.
Big MIke, the commitment to yourself with the genuine love of a brother will always lead to fulfillment of the goal that is envisioned before you! As I witness your success, I see myself being just as successful in my health and well being. To you Mike Rashid, thank you for demonstrating love on the highest level for this brother. I stand in complete vision of BIG MIKE being called LEAN MIKE!! Keep rising KING!
Much respect to Mike Rashid King. Im ashamed ive let myself go but im dedicated to get back right along with big mike. Preciate the series fellas lets get it!
Tried to create a better path for me and my family let's just say I failed the exam I went from 306 to 165 and 10 months. It's way more mental than physical, you need a plan "YOU HAVE TO HAVE A PLAN" I worked midnight for almost 16 years and for a quarter of that time I went to the gym every morning and I could never break my plato of 235 up until my latest journey that involved more knowledge than physicality. Now I'm at a position where the knowledge is retained and is more about physical I'm up to 172 now, vains everywhere I tell people all the time it feels like I'm walking backwards I've never felt this good and I'm almost 40 😂
Nobody can become financially successful overnight. They put in background work but we tend to see the finished part. Fear is a dangerous component, hindering us from taking bold steps we need in other to reach our goals. you have to contend with inflation, recession, decisions from the Feds and all. I was able to increase my portfolio by 589k USD in months. You have to seek for help in the right places.
I think it's not always about fear. Sometimes realistic factors discourage people from reaching their goals in life. For example, I have tried to invest in the stock market several times, but have always been put off by fluctuations in the value of shares
Given that we are not accustomed to such uncertain markets, the fact that the US stock market has been on its longest bull run ever makes the widespread anxiety and excitement comprehensible. There are opportunities if you know where to go, as you noted that it wasn't difficult for me to earn more than $780k in the previous 10 months. Since I was aware that I would need a reliable and strong plan to get through these tough times, I engaged a portfolio advisor.
@@tyrelllebron7670 My portfolio has been in the gutter for the entire year, so I started researching new ways to profit in the market, but everything I tried just seemed to miss the mark. Please let us know the name of your financial advisor

Cool but it’s sad cuz a lb per month he still coulda been down 30+. We ain’t seen cuz in bout 3 years. It always take a near death experience to get right. SMH. Wish him luck & will be watching though.
