If you choose to do a reset, check with your doctor first. You can google bariatric reset and you'll find tons of reset options from which to chose. While there are some advantages (see my video for pros and cons of resets: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-sniu59RmFp4.html ), resets resemble the "diet/drastic measures approach" that can do more harm than good by messing up your metabolism. That's why in this video (Losing Bariatric Regain, What are You Doing Wrong?) I recommend trying a different approach by slowly integrating change.
