The fact that she’s made 3 documentaries about her constant struggle and doesn’t try to hide it is something that takes strength, shows that it’s a never ending battle. Hope she gets better

It was her mom who put her in the cameras at a young age. She was placed in beauty pagents by her parents (mainly her mom). NO child should ever live in the spotlight.

I worry this documentary series is just like the last one: a buffer until something happens again. I don’t want anything to happen to Demi. She needs to leave Hollywood.

What i want for Demi is to never see another documentary like this one again. I wish her a healthy mind and life that is plentiful of positivity.

I still don’t get it. When she came out with “sober” instead of clapping why didn’t people listen to what she was saying and get her help?

I can't imagine having an entire stadium cheer for your sobriety... having your entire identity tied up in something that is an everyday struggle must have been so heavy on her.

she didn’t forget the words, she just didn’t want to sing then and that’s heartbreaking

Those costume sketches are truly heartbreaking and these kind of things are imposed to us in such a way that we have accepted them for years without noticing how toxic it is

It’s almost like her life and identity has been defined by addiction and she isn’t quite sure how to exist without it

Her crying talking about vodka in a Sprite bottle is heart breaking. She really was set up from a young age to have so many issues.

The way she described how her dad passed just...shocked me to my core.

This is why child beauty pageants should be BANNED!

I heard Demi say how she idolized Amy Winehouse and that she wanted to be just like her. I came across a documentary about the last 24 hours of Amy’s life I was freaked out when I realized the date of Amy’s passing was July 23, 2011. It then hit me the date of Demi’s 2018 OD was July 24. I’m so happy Demi came through it . I hopes she coninues her path to happiness

So when can our society admit that idolized child stars have desperate, broken and dysfunctional adult lives?

She needs people in her life who aren’t afraid of her. To be real with her and not be afraid of losing anything if she gets pissed at you.

The lady that said "be careful" just knew. She could feel something. And Demi was tearing up. The empathy was real . Demi really needed that, I hope she still thinks about it . Bc I would

I'm 115 days clean off heroin and am so in love with Demi for all of the struggles that she has been through and conquered. So much of what she struggles with mirrors my own life and its incredible to watch her real raw story unfold throughout the years.

I feel like when she sang the day before her overdose, she couldn't sing the words "I promise I'll get help"
