The man is getting wiser, more peaceful, more forgiving, more spiritual, less body conscious, as he gets older. Sister always gives us the way to improve our soul, our life. We do not get stuck in our suffering. In one of her video, she said that people whom we hurt from past lifes and present life can be a hindrance to the advancement of our soul. Sometimes we can have sadness, anger, ill health and we do not know why. It is why we need to repent. We need to pray, ask for forgiveness from past souls and we need to forgive everybody. Then bad karmas will be resolved, then we can practice to beautify our soul more easily. It is why Jedus first word when he got out of the forest is REPENT! In Buddhism, we pray forgiveness sutra everyday. We cannot practice virtues by ourselves. We need forgiveness and blesdings from others. We need to release hatred, anger etc...that we carry against others and we need forgiveness from others also. That way, we can be free to practice virtues and move toward light. Thank you Sister and Sir.
