@@paulpunts Fold AA preflop in the BB as a small stack on a 33$ FT (9 Players left) against 3 All ins.. KK vs QQ vs AQs. Board: 9, Q, T, ?, ? AQs won with flush, 7 Players left…finished on 3rd place with 2.800$

I’ve played close to a million hands Paul, mostly back in the pre Black Friday/GTO days, I can’t even remember the sickest beat I’ve taken LOL. I’m an American trapped in a poker desert. The closest live games are over 2 hours away, so my only options are Bovada & ACR- both are pretty bot/reg heavy. I’ll play some ACR Blitz every now and then just for kicks but that’s about it. I’d have to spend some time studying to win nowadays, something that doesn’t really seem worth it without a safe/reputable site like PS or GG to utilize it. It’s insanely frustrating… I genuinely wish they’d open the game back up to the world. I miss playing on PokerStars/Party Poker with hundreds of thousands of players all the time.

Don’t know why every time someone post a poker session it’s full of comments from “poker pros “ that criticise some of the plays. Where are your sessions? He’s not just playing one table and he’s streaming plus doing commentary. He not gonna play every hand perfect and he’s not gonna play every hand that the solver says you should

For the J4J3Q hand are you putting him on boats on the river, or mainly trip jacks? If trips jacks I'd fancy turning this into a bluff with the ace of hearts too since they should fold trips with flush possible as well as slowplayed boats. Also 1/2 pot isnt massive so calling seems fine as well.

It’s a pure fold according to GTO but the Ah is a nice bluff spot indeed. Not sure though on a paired board.

Seems you are too passive with ur strong hands like AsTc first hand you should c)raise flop or donk the turn...or the 55 set just overcalling the cbet flop...Some of the AA folds were good on this field...but apply more pressure with those strong hands...create dinamycs , squeeze more value. GL

I’m fine with every Aces fold except for the last one. You open from under the gun with Aces, your opponent flats from under the gun plus one. Flop comes 2 3 4- you check and your opponent bets pot, you call. Turn K, you check and he bets pot again. River q, you check and your opponent bets 3/4 pot. As you said and his stats indicated, the guy is a nit. So what are you putting him on? Nits don’t call with deuces, 3’s or 4’s from UTG+1 and they don’t call with A5 or 56 either. Your opponent didn’t 3 bet you preflop, so you can’t put him on Kings or queens either, so what are you putting him on? I think this hand becomes a mandatory call down once you check that flop, especially since clubs and diamonds both bricked out. In my opinion, your opponent could easily mistake your flop check for a capped range. He could have something like pocket 5’s, 6’s or jack ten, queen jack, king jack of clubs etc. A hand where they try to push you out on the flop or turn with decent equity or possibly something like king X, that bluffed on the flop and picked up the king on the turn. The only thing I’m fairly sure of is that your opponent WAS NOT putting you on a hand as strong as AA. Assuming that nit is playing semi correctly, the only hand that made sense was KQ of clubs and I’d just pay that off.

I played this pool for so long and I guarantee you that in this instance he had a set. Nitty players still play bad preflop and definitely call here with 22,33,44 and then blast when they make their hand.
@erickelly4682
@erickelly4682 10 дней назад
Then your fold makes sense, if you’re positive he had a set. I’d be too worried about getting exploited to lay that down, plus I think there’s value in showing you’re capable of playing Aces in that manner, especially as a streamer. I watch quite a few poker streamers and learned that even on the lowest stakes, your opponents are watching/taking notes on your play.

I think those lay downs with aces were all good. Nits with those stats hardly ever bluff and your one pair is rarely good.

You didn't even get to showdown with Aces, you just assuming all the people don't have bluff and overfolding, if you check the solver, all the spots you folded you are suppose to call, just hard to believe you are a winning player with all the overfold. Just giving you advice, study more instead of complaining losing with Aces or bad beats.
@manpantheo8464
@manpantheo8464 19 дней назад
You obviously haven't played RnC to think these are standard calls. If you node lock solver and change bluffing freq by like 1 or 2% you will see whole strategy shifting completely. You could argue about one or two spots but wp in general

@@paulpunts Maybe this is the reason why you staying in these stakes for 3-4 years i guess? I dare you to make a video of all of your sessions from nl25 and nl50 to show that you are a winning player, I need a video not a photo, if you can do that, i will transfer $2k USD to your ggpoker account immediately, mark my words. Don't block me, just want to make a deal with you which is a fair deal right? You keep emphasizing you are a crusher in these stakes then please show us.
