I studied Financial Management at Lephalale tvet college from 2018 to 2020,I received one certificate and haven't received two. Since 2020 I've been calling to ask is my certificates are back and the answer would always be no, so in May this year I changed the question and asked y are they not back?, only to find that now I have to apply for them and I did apply. Now in July I completed my internship that I need in order to apply for a diploma, I have the letter and ready to go and apply for the diploma and I decided to call my friend so he can go and give people who work in the certificate office, and yes I had to do that because they don't answer their phone. I spoke to them and they told me that the certificates that I applied for can be back in 6 months time and I can't apply for a diploma without all of my certificates, so I have to wait for 6 months before I apply for it and after applying I still have to wait for another 6 or 7 months for it to be back I was so stressed so defeated but after hearing you say that I must "not focus on what I can't change" That makes me feel so much better
