Hello sir my wife came here in 2018 on student visa with 3year study in montreal qc,and me also came here on spouse open work permit, when she completed her study tottal 6 sems,but after college increased 2 more semester language course,etc etc,she also done that too, means we gave them 8200+8200 fees for two extended sems but after this 3-4 months they ignored us my and after 3-4 month they increased one more sem😢,otherwise collage said we didn’t give digree,and certificate of clearance,from last year we don’t have any status in canada,all documents expired😢very bad condition we have,sir please let us know if any way hmyou have for future,what can do?

Hello, my friend's study permit expired in December. she applied for CAQ about 3 months ago but didn't get it yet. They are asking for more and more documents. If she doesn't get CAQ and study permit on time and her study ends, how can she apply for a work permit?

Hi Sir, In the case where the expiry date of a work permit and leave Canada by date under conditions are different? leave Canada by date is earlier than the expiry. and that date passed before applying pgwp, but expiry date of study permit is still valid. what to do?

Hello i need your advise on my PGWP refusal twice. My study permit expired on july 30th 2022 but i had applied for pgwp on may 13th 2022 but then I received refusal on sept 13th 2022 mentioning i wasnt a full time student then again on sept 28th 2022 i applied for pgwp and received refusal on 7th feb 2023 mentioning i wasnt a full time student and i was out of status which makes me ineligible for pgwp even though i had included my restoration fee in my second application. Please let me know your response since i cant afford consultation.
