I am definitely building muscle and getting stronger. I just wish the fat would go away faster to reduce the stress on my joints and such.

Is the Crews Lake Park in Shady Hills? Lake dried up because of over pumping.

Yes it is. Why are they doing that? Killed a lot of wildlife for sure.

@@juliastimeout Careful, though. Hiker hunger continues for quite a while after the hike. So the weight comes back FAST. (TOO fast!)
