Losing Weight/Nutritionist Appt./Plant Based Eating/Burned Mouth 

Today I went to the nutritionist so I’d like to let you know where I’m at with that my emotional eating successes and overcoming that and what’s been happening to my body and losing weight. I also got a burn on my liver really badly from drinking hot coffee from the microwave. I know it taste absolutely despicable but I used aloe from my aloe plant and it is a healer. Let’s go!
