hello, reaper got a huge buff as I can see.. would u say that the reaper hunger damage now is good? like near deathblade surge? or db surge still doing more damage ?
Numbers seen can make you feel the difference as surge shows big one-shot. But, thirst is also showing high dps after the patch. If the boss is standing still, surge can show higher dps, but reaper can also pay you back if you do well:) A lot better after the patch!
Compared to others it's squishy for sure, but it is compensated with a lot of mobility, reaper can move around like crazy, it has a lot of "dash around" stuff. No matter if its pvp or pve, reaper player with fast fingers is incredibly hard to catch, while they can catch you with relative ease. It is squishy, but if you are good you will not need to worry about that, like for the mobility that it has, it can take more then enough damage, you dont really get one shot in 3 seconds or something like that, unless you mess up real good and everything kind of drops on you with full damage. It's defenitely not for everyone tho, very hard to be good with reaper. If you are just any chill player it's not funny to play at all, no matter if it's pve or pvp, in pve they will not take you easily in rides because you have to be at least decent to do good damage. Reaper is not a class that just activates something, and next spell suddenly hits 500m and can reapeat that 3 times in 20 seconds, nor it is a class that can just stand there and hit being so tanky that does not take any damage. In order to do good damage you have to dodge absolute majority of boss's attacks and plus in effective way, not just running out. You have to be continious, able to keep damaging regardless of mecs, you have to maintain dps, if you dont use cooldowns very effectively, you waste a lot of damage, If you set it up well and master pve rotation, you will never really ecounter a situation where you have every damage spell on cd. being new, In pvp you will just get blasted. But when you are real good you are going to just strait bully everything, like it can move so much that being squishy is the only way to balance it, you have to get some good damage when you catch reaper, because it's really hard to catch it. In pve you can solo any boss unless they have mecs that require more people. Hell, you can fight bosses for good minutes while they are frenzied, just dodging everything

so most stupidity ppl do not understand about swift and swift Hunger. Swiftnes NOT LINEAR damage increase like spec or crit. Example. we have a 12s window and 12s CD of skill. With 33% CDR(8s cd of skill) how much damage increase? 50% (cuz you can use it 1.5 times in 12 s window) with 50% CDR (6s cd of skil)how much damage increase? 100% (cuz you can use it 2 times in 12 s window) its means first 33% of swift give us 50% but +13% above give another 50% lets add ANOTHER 16% above 50% with 66% CDR (4s cd of skill) how much damage increas? 200% (cuz you can press it 3 times in 12 s window) With 80% CDR (2,4s cd of skill)its be 400% damage increase (cuz you can press it 5 times in 12 s window) its mean more you have CDR more its give to point you can press all buttons rigth after they ready. and Full swift reaper CAN and he even have realy notisable free time to run and press X or jump. More over its synergize with Vortex cd cut. And even more about it. Spec increase damage only red skiils,when swift increase damage of purple skill to. In this moment EU/NA community mistaken. Full swift reaper > any other variants. just do not take ANY CD tripods on reds, and take a Shadow storm 3 /1/2 with full swift rotation be Vortex,red,red,Vortex,red,red and go on. in empty space put all other skills. And you forgot to say. Swift build its outplay build. Cuz Reaper have WAY more attack speed,mobilyty,shorter CD,WAY MORE stagger (increasing same as damage what i write above),and more destraction. If Hunger swift reaper know figth,he do not need support at all. Long time ago it was proved when ppl SOLO kill brel p6(current p4)
