I just would like to say thank you to all who support the life & legacy of my big brother Freaky Tah. It truly means a lot to our family. L'zzzz! We miss you Tah!

No tight jeans and skirts were worn in the making of this testosterone level video. RIP to the memory of Raymond "Freaky Tah" Rogers and I hope Pretty Lou will walk free.
I miss the 90's. Back when NY was still grimy and it was reflected in the music and videos. Lost Boyz, Biggie, Nas, Wu-Tang, Boot Camp Clik, Mobb Deep, Onyx, Smoothe Da Hustler, AZ, D.I.T.C, etc. This side of NY is long gone
@@studioeproductioncompany1494 You know why ? Because that culture was taken by whoever it is ,it's not about color brotha ,it's about paper, power and control over the masses ! That Hip-Hop was the real spirit of the blacks ,matter of fact whites followed your jamboree too. They are scared of anything that is authentic , independent with powerful influence over the masses. That shows you how much fear they have towards any unity regardless of color! We might wanna live segregated ,some don't care but if we wanna OWN THIS WORLD we need to be united to take down that network that controls our lives and once we're done some are good to be on their way but not before we unite ! Blacks need whites and whites need blacks and everyone else unite with us to bring this shit show down. They have the police ,they have the army and the gendarmerie but we have the numbers and the will to change our times and society. I truly believe this will come in the foreseeable future! Before they take away the cash and start putting the chips! Be blessed!
rahsaun77 Agreed. Its why Rap today is nothing like it once was. I struggle to listen to the stuff being pumped out today. Its all mass produced s***. Samey same.. No controversy. No realism. Just check out how much money I have.
This album is an absolute classic. First joint that really REALLY hit me when someone dubbed the whole album for me on a tape in 1996. Shit changed my young ass life.
Cheeks’ voice, storytelling and delivery was so unique. It was his signature throughout his career. With Tah as back-up hype underneath Cheeks’ flows, it was undeniable chemistry that just worked together like Peanut Butter and Jelly. Tah was most definitely the heart and energy of the group. Was so sad when I heard he was murdered. I knew LB wouldn’t be the same without him. RIP Tah!! LB Fam! 🥃
Boy, _Freaky Tah's_ death really hurt this OUTSTANDING rap group. Though *Mr. Cheeks* is great frontman, it was *_Freaky Tah_* that gave this group its signature sound. *RIP Freaky Tah.*
What's the connection with Lifestles Ov Da Poor And Dangerous? www.mtv.com/news/513138/police-seek-possible-tie-in-freaky-tah-big-l-killings/ I still wonder what was the deal between these two
2:30 Best part of the entire song . Freaky Tah & Mr Cheeks with the shuffle . R.I.P Freaky Tah , best hype man in the entire Hip Hop industry . Nobody done it like Tah 30+ years and no one can compete
whoo else it kept rocking all around Queens up until around 2007. Most of the Fam neighborhoods around Queens was turning Crip, Blood or King for the Hispanic areas.
@@jldch26 Mobb Deep, Nas, Nore, Cormega, Bravehearts, Murder Inc, G Unit, Silverback Guerillaz and Stack Bundles, I'm from North Carolina but these are the people I know of
Oooh my my I'm in my late 30's miss those days when local stations would play this kind of songs...real hip hop..take mi back 90's I'm 80's kid feeling younger..Rip freaky tai
It's hard to believe that this song is over 20 years old and still so fucking awesome! >_< I remember sitting in my room, listening to this when I was 15, good times.
As a metal head, plays electric and acoustic guitar for decades, I legit cried out loud when Freaky Tah died; I've had family members, that I knew personally, die and never shed a tear... but for some reason I did when he passed on. I can't explain that, but I can tell you that people say things that matter more than what others have.
This Trax was in heavy rotation on every radio station of means back in the 90's. Plus this is the group that made me embrace rap music. Blessings from New York City.
the lost boyz from queens was doing their thing for real back in the late '80's and early '90's, one love to the regulators from the Lowa East Side nyc...loved this album when it came out r.i.p. freaky tah...hold ya head spigg
They movement was pretty strong in 95 .I remember staying in Jamaica for 2 months and EVERYTHING was LB or Foch . I didn’t know what these movements were about lol . Saw them at the park on 135th and linden they really was hood celebrities.
Finally met you (Mr. Cheeks), at my Asbury Park high school class reunion in June of 2023. You are a real people person. Admire you, your success and longevity even more. Thanks for taking a pic with my wife Denise. She can't stop talking about it. Poor child LOL.
Easy Mo Bee produced this as well as Jeeps, Lex Coups, Bimaz & Benz. Mo Bee also produced a bunch of classics for Biggie. "Party and Bullshit", "Ready to Die" and "Flava in Ya Ear (Remix)". He also produced "I Love the Dough" and "Going Back to Cali" from Big's Life after Death double-disc album. Respect.
