Keep working hard, just remember to take a vacation to reward yourself for hitting goals. Or just a long weekend with family. Just don't neglect those women in your life. Communication is a must. I watch all of your shows!!
I bought some items 10 years ago from a bankruptcy sale. A few pallets of electric heaters and new in the box casserole dish sets. Used my pickup and rented a U Haul to get it home in 1 trip. Sold the heaters and dishes in a few weeks. The bad heaters in the wood cabinets went for scrap. The cabinets we spray painted for patio end tables with different colors. We cut off all the cords and some caster wheels and sold them at a garage sale. All the empty cardboard boxes we sold as moving boxes. Was alot of work but we made a few grand!
I love that mid-century lamp a lot but I wouldn't think it was worth $3500 I would have thought it was only worth $350 about I would have fell over over the price
Pirate remember this phrase from an old timer pre internet seller once told me. You can never ask more once you set the price. You can always take less. Shoot for the stars. As always love your content.
I bought a unit for $150 once it was a 10x20 and packed floor to ceiling with totes all of it was paperwork and it was on the second floor with no elevator!! The manager felt so bad for me she said I could take the whole week to clean it out and it was one of the most miserable weeks of my life!!!
The past month has been nuts , people blowing their tax refunds on units i'm sure. Been laying low till April, got a couple decent cheap ones though , waiting till they punch themselves out...hang in there Pirate.
It's gotten so crazy that multiple times and the last couple months. I had to sit there and wait so now I make sure somebody answers the phone before I even take off..... Obviously, an hour and a 1/2 away sucks.
