The perpetrator of all this sounds like a classic narcissist; playing the blame game, never taking responsibility for his actions, gas lighting, falsely accusing people of things he himself is doing, etc. And yes, you should contact law enforcement.
I just did a little research, if it crosses state lines, you report to the FBI, if everyone and the fraud are in the same state you report to that state and the FBI.

I haven't watched Grimes for years. He talks before he thinks and always appears "manic". Is that the result of drugs use or ADHD, I don't know. Overall he appears immature and self centered and I imagine is a very difficult person to be around day in and day out.

This story is very sad on a lot of levels. Pirate you are handling this open wound the exact way you should be, continuing to grow your business with honesty and integrity as you do with your loving family, your long time friends, with your love of God, you are a very respectable Man because of your honestly, those people who get ahead by cheating will hit a brick was, just when they are comfortable and feel like they have achieved something great BAM that brick wall came out of nowhere!
