A hike to Lost Lake in the Colorado Rockies is an ideal way to spend a morning as I start training for my upcoming thru-hike of the Tahoe Rim Trail. Lost Lake is a lovely alpine lake that sits at about 9500' in elevation. This hike is a prime opportunity to increase my fitness at altitude, while enjoying a good workout with Forest.
