I think the title could be Lost Word (the mobile game name reference), Lost World is Sonic game. and Junko as Eggman is quite surprising, because unlike Eggman, Junko is side character that only appeared in Touhou 15.
After listening to this cover song, I think it's very well done. Because this song is sung by a Touhou characters that I know(by the way, I'm not a Touhou fan).
