Ya, again everyone uses it. But, the "Planner side" is the Side most don't use. You HAVE To use the Instance Finder to start any Instance or raid or skirmish. So, yes the Planner side.

You can make instance go inside and send a invite to fellowship and yes someone can teleleport to you. So that still works same. Glad video helped

Paul, you don't have to do any instances to complete the Level 50 Hunter class quests. All the stuff you need can be collected from the shared landscape areas except the final stage. Those quests have three stages: In the first stage, you have to collect the materials by defeating monsters (in the shared landscape, no instances needed). For the second stage, you can collect the materials by defeating monsters (in the shared landscape, no instances needed) or you can go to the Curiosities vendor at any Skirmish Camp and buy them for some Marks. For the third stage, while you can do the instances to get the special drops from the bosses, you can simply go to the Curiosities vendor at any Skirmish Camp and buy them for Marks. Easy-peasy! And you probably have plenty of Marks in your wallet.

Yes, I have a feeling it will be updated soon. But, the raids and Instances in LOTRO do rock and are awesome

@@VoiceoftheRings yeah I am SUPER looking forward to running through them. The few I have done were amazing! My fav was a boffin one? It was like a spooky one and was part of a quest line too I think? I don't remember the name of it but I loved it.

The main issues with the instance finder in LOTRO relative to the one in WoW are 1- Total population, 2- Cross-server grouping, 3- Player participation in in the tool, 4- Automation of the tool. WoW has a much larger population on line and playing at any moment than LOTRO, even now that its players are split and segregated among "normal" WoW and several flavors of "classic" WoW. WoW groups people together from different servers, LOTRO does not - this further reduces the pool of potential group partners but it does reduce the amount of bad behavior seen in WoW groups which is often a result of people assuming they'll suffer no consequences for being unkind to people who aren't on their own server. Finally, WoW players know to push the button and they'll get in a group, sometimes very quickly. But most LOTRO players don't use the tool, it isn't particularly complicated to use but because of (1) and (2) it almost never generates instant gratification. Finally, yes, the WoW group tool does do its job with less input from the players. The LOTRO tool requires a group leader and further requires that leader to organize things and then launch the instance.
