You have to do Planning for your Bakery business, one thing for sure Filipino bakery you like it or not, working hard for it will make you prosperous, progressive and successful. Manpower is very important, because timing is very important eg. before 5 AM you should be ready selling, meaning the finished product is ready for sale; before 3 PM another sets of bread (finished product) must be ready for sale in display to your customer (that is Filipino timing here in the country). Apparently, you wills see the timing were your work start/begin and finished during the day. If time management is properly observe (if you are hiring people?) expect smooth and orderly operation otherwise there are tendencies you would lose people/worker in this case of challeges you know were you will get alternative or support in order the business will not hampered it's operation If you manage it well it means your business plans was great, done in flying colors. Goodluck.

Although I must say that what she has cooked so deliciously here is a modern, yummy version of pork mechado. To cook adobo is to marinate the meat well (overnight) in vinegar, soy sauce, and lots of garlic - with no onions nor tomatoes.❤
