Couldn’t agree more! That cerro de luz is insane. That is how a kiss of Monica Bellucci I imágenes would taste. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to try Aniversario. Still looking for that random place that might have it.

Really appreciate you reviewing these, I have seen some of their stuff around and they seem to be getting a lot of hype as well as a couple of other brands. I have noticed even their blancos are expensive glad to know it's because it's made the old fashioned way and done well, they seem to be the best thing going right now I have to get some for myself

Wow. Thanks for sharing such wonderful bottles. I was sipping the Cascahuin Plata when your video hit. I love the Tahona Blanco, too. Its just as good as the Plata. I haven't come across the Aniversario or the Cerro De Luz. What a treat to have those four in front of you. .
Lou - little_agave here I had to shift to the big screen for this from IG. 1st - a big appreciation for you sharing your tequila journey over the years. and not eating the marketing hook. as for the tequilas, my household are a big fan of the whole Cascahuin line (and other 1123’s), from blanco to the extra anejo we were able to pick up at the distillery. the tahona is stock on our home shelf. was fortunate to be able to try the aniversario and cerro de luz at a venue and they were excellent and lived up to the recommendations. never was able to try the french oak. oh well!
Thank you very much, I appreciate the love. Yeah that French Oak is really special, it's got a spicy sweetness that's so clean, and it's a real special sipper for sure. I wish they weren't so hard to find
I've only been able to try the Tahona so far and it is the Best Blanco that I've ever tasted $98 in my town, but well worth it. Also I agree completely on the easy to sip !

Resting in glass lets the distillate settle down and merge together. It also smooths or softens out the tequila, and makes it easier to drink. Glass or stainless will not affect the tequila in any other way otherwise.
Anniversario is hands down the best of the bunch imo. Then closely followed by the Cerro de Luz. Cascahuin and Fortaleza are simply the best of the best and my top 2 favorite.
The original stuff is way superior to the newer version, but it's okay. I've had limited exposure to the newer versions, but I thought it was mediocre average tequila, as I'm not a huge fan of Tequila America's NOM 1480
OK, I went out and purchased some Yeyo over here in NH as the liquor is controlled and only sold by the state. That being said it is awesome tequila. Are you Italian or Sicilian.
@@davem.539- I love that question- haha, but I know what you mean. I'm Sicilian.BTW- if that's the new box Yeyo, it's got a different profile than the earlier lots... which I prefer
