Ambers was an incredible fighting machine. He could do it all. I am particularly fond of his in-fighting. When he fought Armstrong he ate Homicide Hank alive on the inside.
Montenez went 91-8-4, with 51 knockouts. It is a testament of the time that he ONLY received two title shots. It was his bad luck that it was against to REAL All Time Greats, Ambers and Armstrong. And he beat some damn good fighters, and a few great ones. Such a shame that today, we have " champions' with 10 or 15 fights, and THIS guy would have chewed them up and spit them out.
seen some odd comment saying how the 30s-40s were in black in white and at a lower fps that's why they look way less advanced and if they were in color with higher fps they would be more advanced Is that possible it can fix obsolete flaws and add better tech/fluid/timing/defense can adding color and higher fps manipulate footage so they would look as advanced as guys in 70s-90s?
