Beautiful packaging makes me feel like I’m having a special experience… as if I just received the best gift ever. Love when brands make the special effort to make their customers feel x-tra fab. I remember receiving my first Pat McGrath product, the custom black shipping packaging, the unique black confetti stuffing and the classic 50’s beveled mirror, the gorgeous case! All quality, all completely unexpected and all completely gives me the feels💄♥️
I hope somebody from customer services watches this video. We are a 'picky' lot and we can choose from so many high end brands these days. I don't think a company of that standing can afford to slack on anything and yes, I'm talking about the outer packaging 🤔
I have never bought one of these lipsticks but I was gifted one…I like the colour consistency and I liked the packaging absolutely….The only problem I have with them is the price they’re just a touch out of my league….I did finish the one lipstick that’s was given to me …It now serves as a Xmas decoration looks great on the tree …Another great video lovely you look great and those colours amazing on you …. Much ♥️💯🇦🇺
Fab review as always Charlotte 🙂 I agree with you about the packaging being surprising, I bought a nail varnish from a Louboutin counter and the way it was packed up was lovely and I got to choose a fragrance sample and got some lip stick samples so it felt really special. I’ll know not to order online now though! Thanks for letting us know all the deets!

I hadn’t thought I wanted to try this, but your lips look gorgeous in them. Agree ref the packaging being a let down, such a shame. I love companies who have luxe & clean packaging, like Chantecaille & Victoria Beckham. It’s pretty, but eco, others need to try harder on that front ( looking at certain sequin filled packaging 😉)
I really like both of shades, the more orange shade is so special 😍 I couldn't imagine wearing this around my neck. The weight of the component plus the weight of the bullet must be quite cumbersome - and don't run whilst wearing this, it would probably break a delicate bone (or swing upwards giving the wearer a glorious shiner 😂😂😂). Is it worth me buying one? No, not ever! I'm a constant "lip licker" and it would disappear pretty quick. Or, maybe not, as I hate the violet flavour. Spot on vid, perfectly demonstrated 💜💜💜
I agree that the shipping for the brand is underwhelming, I have ordered from Lancôme and Good Molecules and the products are in their own box, it's about presentation. The holder looks gorgeous, nice lip colors too.
The shipping packaging on Net-a-Porter it even more glorious than that one 😅 Love their black boxes 🤣🤣🤣 The colours are gorgeous think I'll get the orange one but on a red case 😍 xx

It looks beautiful I just cannot tolerate any type of floral taste to my lipstick. Floral face products ok. Vanilla/cupcakes type of smell taste to lipsticks fine. But I can’t do the floral smell because I taste it on my lips. But gorgeous formula
I feel like the package is theft deterrent, like the company knows that someone might want to steal it when delivered so they jacked up the box on purpose to hide the treasures inside. Maybe? 🤷🏻♀️ Lol.
I know the cost of CL beauty for distributor employees: I can tell you I was in shock. What they charge it is insane, Ridiculous! The brand is a big NO for me
