It's hard to find but the CL's also come in size 43. I contacted a boutique and the sales person found them for me. I wear heels everyday but the CL's in 100 mm are not a shoe I would wear all day. I own Pigalle, Pigalle Follie, Izra, and Simple pump 85mm. My 85 mm I wear to work all day no problem. My next buy is the Plato which is a platform I may get those in 120. For reference I'm a US 11 and a size 12-14 clothes. CL's 43 I only suggest in the patent leather pumps. Love you video! Enjoyed the information.
Cali love girl I wear a size 11 in heels and can’t find a 43 in CL to save my life 😩😩😂😂... I can wear a 42 in CL open toe sandals but in closed heels I can’t ...put me on to the boutique you used bc I didn’t even know they made a 43 at all
Omg I’m a size 11 as well and I don’t fit in CL 42 because I have long feet, I need a 43 for length and I can never find them. The struggles of being 6ft tall 😭
The best style for plus size feet are not these pointy toe styles...I've owned over 10 pair and the best thst will forever stay in my collection are Bianca, Lady Gres, any d'orsay style (armadillo,Turbella, iriza). Also any slingback peep toe style in Louboutin. I have to always get a 42. They make them in 43, but are hard to find. I also get all mine resoled but take to a professional cobbler.
Did you get Irizia in 42 too? I bought hot chick in 41 which is my true size but it was way too small so I had to get a size up. The Irizia though, they say it’s bigger and you should actually size down. I’m tall so I have wideish feet but not too bad.
I'm a size 14/16 now but I always fluctuate! Even when I'm thin (aside from being prego with baby girl #2 now) my foot is flat an wide! Before I bought my first pair I went to the Louboutin in NYC - they pulled my normal 7.5 in so kate and i left crying. I was thin thin then - size 6/8 - and the girl still suggested some other round toe shoe. Years later I researched on my own and realized while the shoe is narrow, most people can make it work! I also size up a full size to 38.5. I also wear them a ton around the house to not only get used to them - but stretch the leather to feel a little more snug and comfortable. Also --- the heel has a steel rod in it! Us big girls don't need to worry about breaking the heel. Now my poor husband just wonders where my five pairs came from LOL Love the video - and love the black wall!!
Youre so right. She was super polite and i didnt find her condescending either. Ive heard of people getting snubbed which is horrible but would atleast explain it! So weird 🤷🏼♀️
My problem with sizing up is that, after breaking them in, they slide off my feet. I've found I'm better off to get my true size, and put up with the pain in my toes for a few weeks. I don't wear them out, during that period. Instead, I wear them at home every day for about six or seven weeks. That seems to do the trick without having to size up, and that way they don't fall off my feet.
I had the same thing happen to me at Neiman Marcus! He told me the Louboutin were not made for my feet🧐 but my favorite style is the Kate which is better for a wider foot!
Thank you for this video! I’m still nervous about buying but I will go and try some on at the store to be sure. I wear a 12 and just would like to have some nice shoes!
I never considered high end designer shoes because I thought they never would have my size 11 and I can’t really walk in high heels but the Christian loubutin are so classic I might try the lower heels I hear that jimmy choos have similar black suede pumps that are comfy
Thank you... it seems like a lot of people especially Americans don't understand that 100mm= 100 MILLIMETRES... its not just a random number its the height of the heel lol.... must be because they don't use the metric system!
Thank you so much for this! As a plus size flight attendant, I really wanna add a pair to my collection!! Which would you recommend for someone who walks thru an airport on a daily basis?
I get my Loubs in my normal size. I have tried going a half size up and it gives me major heel slippage. I have two pairs of 120s, pigalle follies and so Kate’s in a half size larger than my normal size and they’re too big. Thankfully I can shove cotton balls on the toe part of the shoe so I don’t have heel slippage when walking. (Or trying to walk in those heels)
Is it easy for you to walk in so Kates just bought mine on Saturday and having trouble walking in them but walk perfectly fine in 100mm debating if I should return them or not I am a plus size girl
Thank you so much for this video! I desperately want girlfriend to have a pair of these. I just sent her your video! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!!!
Hi! I’m looking to get my first pair of Loboutins but due to the current situation, am considering ordering online BUT I’m so scared because I keep seeing different reviews on the sizing. I’m a true 9.5 or 10 (depending on the maker) and don’t have wide or narrow feet.,, guess I’m just average. Can you please please please tell me what size I should get in either the patent pigalle follies or so Kate’s?
Can you please make a video of you walking in them I’ve been purchasing a lot of Christian Louboutin’s and I really want to get a pair so cute but I can barely do 100 mm
They did that to me last week at nem when I went to try on the YSL they pulled a wedge out and some other shoes. Told me they ain't have those in my size and they didn't have them there so I left after they told me.
