I was able to beat an stock scatpack with a 2010 370z on z1 headers + catback exhaust an stock intakes. My friend owner of the scatpack sold the car after that he could not believe it nether I. Both cars were automatics!
Crazy . I sold my slow 2009 370Z and bought a badass 2018 ScatPack Challenger . Best decision I ever made . The torque on those challengers is no joke. Still like the Z cars tho
I guess everybody in comments owns a Z or. Challenger cause they sure act like they know how a tune works or think a scat has 600HP.. Plus! 275s on a Nissan is just to thin! In Florida at our meets we run 285s to 305s on our Zs.. i actually run 295s on my 350Z an 285s on my 370Z! An with a tune an FB0 the 370Z can push 400 to but 340HP to the wheel!! Now if he canned it out an ran a bigger fuel system… N/A now we’re talking.. Like the scat you have tho. More if a 5.0 fan but scats are beautiful
I have a g35 coupe and I raced a 13 mustang v6 multiple times and tried it in manual a couple times then regular drive a couple times and every time I had it in manual I’d pull about a car and half a head . And vice versa when I would have it in D

But I have a charger scatpack and raced a fbo tuned and fully gutted 370znismo and it was a very even race until about 85 90 i started to pull on him and btw it was a 40 roll and my charger is also bone stock on 295s
just wanted to let you know that 392 would never keep up with a boosted 370z! Also you are comparing a car with an automatic transmission with a v8 that makes 485 horsepower to a v6 that makes 332 hp and is ALSO manual which is also another disadvantage. You should put it up against a 370z with a 7AT and full bolt ons instead it would be faster than the manual 370z.
Yea cause the 7speed automatic 370Z is actually faster than the manual he might would've stayed beside the challenger if he had the automatic version and a tune

@@dctrklein5975 Look up @Kriss.z33 on youtube and look at his previous videos and its titled “My 350z takes on a Daytona 392 Scatpack” amd he beats it by about 2-3 cars and his Hr was FBO E-85 tuned.
@@sambo92 they are both mid size/full size sports cars..... One is a drag car built for straight lines and one is a manual trans track car... There is no "L"... only differences in purpose 👌👀
