THIS VIDEO IS A RECONSTRUCTION OF THE FOLLOWING SITUATION IN FLIGHT:
22-JAN-2021.A Contour Airlines Embraer ERJ-135 (E135), performing flight VTE3004 / LF3004 from Nashville international airport, TN (USA) to Tupelo regional airport, MS (USA), after departure reported about loud noise and serious vibration. Pilot made a conclusion that it was open door and requested return back.

DEPARTURE: Volunteer 3004, Nashville Departure, radar contact, turn left heading 290 climb and maintain 15000.
Volunteer 3004: 290, up to 15000, Volunteer 3004.
DEPARTURE: Volunteer 3004, turn left direct to GRAHAM.
Volunteer 3004: Left direct to the GRAHAM, for Volunteer 3004.
Volunteer 3004: Nashville… correction, Nashville, Volunteer 3004. I need to level off at 10000.
DEPARTURE: Who need to level off at 10000? Was that Volunteer?
Volunteer 3004: Volunteer 3004, yes, sir. We’ve got a loud noise going on. We need to level off at 10000, so we could figure out it here.
DEPARTURE: Volunteer 3004, roger, amend the altitude, maintain 10000. Remain this frequency, let me know if you need anything.
Volunteer 3004: 10000 for now. We’ll let you know what we got.
DEPARTURE: Volunteer 3004, do you require any additional assistance?
Volunteer 3004: Yeah, so we’re still troubleshooting it here. When we slow down the noise gets quieter. We’re just trying to figure this out. We’re gonna have to call company.
DEPARTURE: Volunteer 3004, roger that. And you wanna be vectored around in our airspace here at 10000. Would it be fine?
Volunteer 3004: Yeah, for right now, while we troubleshoot this area… this issue here.
DEPARTURE: Volunteer 3004, roger that and, tell you what, for now, fly heading 180. I’m just gonna box you around to the southwest, just trying to stay away from the arrival corridor.
Volunteer 3004: Alright 180 on the heading now, for Volunteer 3004.
DEPARTURE: Volunteer 3004, turn left heading 110.
Volunteer 3004: Left 110, Volunteer 3004.
Volunteer 3004: Nashville, Volunteer 3004.
DEPARTURE: Volunteer 3004, Approach.
Volunteer 3004: I’m gonna need to return back to Nashville.
DEPARTURE: Volunteer 3004, roger, cleared to Nashville via radar vectors and descend and maintain 8000, and expect RW 2C or 2L. Your choice?
Volunteer 3004: 2C, we’ll expect radar vectors, down to 8000, Volunteer 3004.
DEPARTURE: Volunteer 3004, turn left heading 020.
Volunteer 3004: Left 020, Volunteer 3004.
DEPARTURE: Volunteer 3004, can you give me the nature of the issue? And if you require any assistance once you land here?
Volunteer 3004: Alright, we don’t require any assistance on the ground. We've got either a door that is open. We’re not getting any indications on our screens of a door open. But when we accelerate past 200 knots we have got a serious bad vibration and the noise coming from the front of the airplane.

HOW I DO VIDEOS:
1) I monitor media, airspace, looking for any non-standard, emergency and interesting situation.
2) I find communications of ATC unit for the period of time I need.
3) I take only phrases between air traffic controller and selected flight.
4) I find a flight path of selected aircraft.
5) I make an animation (early couple of videos don’t have animation) of flight path and aircraft, where the aircraft goes on his route.
6) When I edit video I put phrases of communications to specific points in video (in tandem with animation).
7) Together with my comments (voice and text) I edit and make a reconstruction of emergency, non-standard and interesting situation in flight.
