The projects are organised by fans and they share and plan it on social media. When there is a rainbow lights project there is usually a smaller group of people that handle everyone a piece of paper depending on the section they are in. On my show last year there was a project when everyone held up A4 paper that had written something on it and they shared it online so people printed it at home and some printed more for the ones who didn't know about the project. I was at this show too! It was so much fun. His live versions of the songs and the arrangements are even better than the recorded versions and everyone was having such a good time. For the rainbow project someone just gave me a coloured sticker to put on top of my flashlight as I was walking into my row, so maybe they forgot to give you one too.

Well actually, Louis sometimes stops by to talk to the fans, sign things, and take photos when he goes outside to the tour buses so the fans were hoping he would stay with them for a bit

The 'cheeky squat' is something he does every show. There's so much adrenaline in a show and it all goes so fast that he can't really take it in and enjoy being with his fans so he does this to take it in for a moment and appreciate his fans. He spoke about it in a reel he recently posted on his Insta. And the 'cheeky sip' is him taking a shot with a fan. He did this on his last tour as well. In every show of this tour and the last tour for walls Louis goes down to the barricade bcuz he wants to feel the energy of the fans. It can definitely be a lot sometimes cuz fans start pulling him n stuff and end up giving security multiple heart attacks but he still does it cuz he loves us! oh, and after the shows Louis usually comes and meets the fans that are around his tour bus ,like he gets out of the bus and sees most of the fans there and takes pics he obviously can't meet everyone cuz there's a lotta people but he interacts with most people. Anyways ,I'm so glad you could go to a Louis concert and enjoy yourself. I am loving your content.

So happy you enjoyed it...the lights are part of fans projects and some are different for each concert and they're planed some months before the shows in most cases Also the barricade thing he does it at every show so the security guards are prepared for literally anything hahaha

Glad you had fun! About the project, there is usually a group of people (fans most of the time) who organize it and will hand out whatever color paper to each section to put on the flashlight. I saw him in St. Louis 6/9/23 and it was genuinely the best night of my life, I’m lucky enough to be seeing him again in July also! He’s incredible live and really wanted to relive such a good night! ❤️

i went to my louis concert last year with my friend who had broken her leg in like two parts two months before the show we had 1st row and when they wanted to take a photo with us i just run towards the middle no idea where my friend went so i completely get the injured friend in a concert hahaha

for the rainbow lights project i used to work with my friends to organize that project in louis tomlinson world tour jakarta. we prepared like 5000 papers with instructions on it and there was like 5 fan projects on 1 mini papers. we sticking the small circle sticker with color according to the section (red for tribune A, blue for tribune B something like that) and we also working with the promotor to help us to organize the fan project. before the crowd enters the venue we gave them the paper so they can read the project. also we announced it on fan base acc so they know we have projects. we actually prepared it for 5000 people but it was all worth it💗 shout out to LTID for being the best louis fan base in indonesia. hope it explains 😭💗

For the Toronto show someone beforehand was walking around each section with papers that had a piece of coloured tape pertaining to each section with a QR code explaining when to put them on the flashlights !!

That's the concert I went to!! It was one of the best nights of my life!!❤

im not sure if this is also how they do it but there are some people who organize these kinds of fan projects and announce it on some update accounts or any social media platform so it would reach the people who will attend. atleast that’s how we did when he had a show here in our country. we divide the sections of the seats on who is getting what color. there are volunteers who will help give out a piece of paper with instructions indicated and the color stickers that you will put on the flash of your phones. we give this out before the start of the show. there are volunteers for each sections spread out to remind everyone to raise their flashlights. ps this is just an explanation on what we did on our show soo akshdbdjsh

The rainbow fan project was organised by fans through twitter and fanpages..They give you colours according to your seat no.
