The Kiwis just seem to accelerate faster after each maneuver and they read the wind shifts better. One has to admire the synchronization and timing required for any maneuver because one small mistake can easily change the outcome of any of these races. Part of me misses the J-Class era but am also in awe of these foiling rockets!

ETNZ is just faster in maneuvering and agility. Not that much in raw speed, but agility means so much when speeds are comparable. That and a crew that is sailing incredibly well.

Pro sailing. Good try, Ineos. Good starts and READING the wind shifts will be the way to beat ETNZ. But it's going to be tough. GOOD luck.

Much closer race, the kiwi boat looks more maneuverable and faster out of the turns, speeds pretty similar maybe slight advantage to INEOS but its not enough in these lighter winds

When the boats are the same it comes down to the crew. Uk and Italy need youth and freshness rather than retreading the same old guys every edition.

It appears that ETNZ is just using the first half of these races to get more practice in, then getting serious the second half, pulling out huge margins at will.

They won 4 so it's over.

I would like to see them go back to boats that allow match racing.

Overwhelming superiority... For the sake of the show (because it is falling to levels of mortal boredom), Nz should slow down the pace and allow Britannia to score at least one victory. At this point, the real show was the one ensured by the fight between the challengers. While this final turns out to be just a bureaucratic practice. Too bad; much in the defender's regulation must be changed; otherwise the interest in America's cups (sorry New Zealand cups) already assigned, is destined to collapse.

The comp shows too much preference to the defenders, who have so much more time for R&D on the sidelines. I don't think that's in the spirit of fair comp. For that reason, NZ should be better.
