@4:50 I have this bag and I never used the strap it came with this bag. It really comes down to how you want to wear it. I usually just use it as a crossbody. Great purchase.
I’ve rewatched this video sooo many times and actually returned the new pochette I bought and won a vintage one off an eBay bid. Totally inspired by you 😂 I’m so excited to get some brasso and polish it up! Do you polish the zipper pull too?
Ahhh thank you I am so glad you bought vintage and saved yourself some money! I'm sure your new vintage Pochette has a beautiful story as well. Polishing it up makes so much difference, for some reason the zipper pull does not polish. You can try but I think they must make the pull from a different material and not brass Xx
Very nice. ❤ you should try using leather cleaner and conditioner on the leather strap instead of baby wipes. It makes a hugeeee difference. You’d be shocked how nice the LV old leather comes out. I’ve done it with a lot of my pre owed LV bags. Brasso is amazing as well. 😅 thanks for sharing! You did an amazing job.
Thank you so much I haven’t tried the leather conditioner on the strap and now I am excited to!!! I’m glad you liked the video and thank you for your tips ✨🤍
@@byShannon you are so welcome! I always get my leather cleaner and conditioner from amazon. Apple brand does a great one that works great with vachetta, and most other leathers as well. You can buy it in the two pack with the little bottles of leather cleaner and conditioner. I think mine even came with a little microfiber cloth in the kit, or maybe I purchased it separately. But it works sooo well on my pre loved bags. 🥰🥰🥰
Great video. I keep going back and forth about do I want a vintage pochette accessories or the old new model. I already have the small pochette from the multi pochette but for some reason I think I really need an armpit shoulder bag lol Do u think the short strap on the pochette accessories is a little to fussy? If u could pick vintage or old new model which would u pick and yy? Thanks
Hey! Sorry for the late reply on this one - I would pick vintage and buy a strap from Etsy. I believe Etsy do both crossbody straps and longer shoulder straps :)
Hello! You inspired me to source my own vintage pochette. It arrived today and I’m so excited to polish the hardware. Can you link to the strap you bought? I’d like to order one. Thanks for the great review!

Great info! I love the PA 🤎 How do you know which eBay sellers to trust for a great price on a legit bag? I’ve been afraid to pull the trigger on a used bag from eBay
It’s hard, I often take risks but always make sure I pay with PayPal, check their reviews and their refund policy! Each time I make a purchase I have it authenticated myself once I receive it just to make sure. So far all have been authentic when they come from Japan 🙌🏻❤️
A very helpful vid. I’m in the process of looking for one on eBay - are you able to advise price of the piece purchased for your sister as a pricing guide for the condition ?
