Great comparison. I love the PM also,but just got the Odeon. Have not used it yet. Hoping I love it also. It’s a lighter bag for me and when both are filled, the Odeon wins for being light. IMO.
I have both bags and as much as I do love the Pochette Métis, I haven’t reached for it lately since getting the Odeon PM. I love it so much that literally whenever I am wearing another bag, I miss my Odeon. It has stolen my heart ❤️

Great video. I have the Odeon PM and it’s quickly becoming one of my fav bags. I have the Pochette Métis in black empreinte leather but I also want it in canvas. I just can’t justify the cost at this point.
I have both bags but my Odeon is an MM. I put a black leather top handle on it to match the black trim and works perfectly yet I also have more room inside the bag, which I like. Would not consider selling either bag, love them both equally but for different reasons.
I love watching your comparison videos. I would always watch them more than once. I have a request, if you could please provide the weight of the bag as well. That would be really great. I like those light weight bags. I won’t buy it if it’s already heavy even when it’s still empty. Thanks Amber!
I know people who own so many real luxury brands but they live in their mom’s house. I own a house, drive a Lexus, and I do buy *condupcom* , putting money in my pocket.
Very, very good comparison video. I own both bags, but the Odeon in MM. I thought the PM was just too mini. One thing you forgot to mention is weight. The Odeon is lighter as a bag. The first time I picked up the Odeon, I wash shocked at how light this bag is. It is virtually weightless. Another thing is (more like a suggestion). I wear my Odeon with a 16in black strap from Etsy. It instantly becomes a true, hobo under the arms shoulder bag. The thin width of the Odeon makes it a very good hobo. Very much like the Gucci Jackie bag. And it's a very pretty way to wear this otherwise, casual bag. Thanks for the review. You're awesome!!!
Great video. I had the PM, but rarely used it. Clasp bugged me and when I had to get into it, it would hang open awkwardly. I sold it recently. Just ordered the Odeon PM! Love the black leather trim. I’m over vachetta.

Great battle. They both seem like they are perfect for every day. I lean more towards the Pochette Métis. I like how I can see all of my items inside. The Odeon is more of the black hole that you have to search for your items in lol.
Great comparison, the Metis is my fave. I can’t believe the price difference in the uk, the Metis is £1790 including tax and the odeon is £1450 including tax there so much cheaper when you convert them to dollars I thought lv were evening the price with the increases ! ❤️

Yes Amber, this video comes in timely for me. I am thinking of adding either a Pochette Metis or Odeon in my collection and am thinking which is most practical for my life style. Actually am thinking of a leather from LV but am still on the fence for the Pochette Metis in leather. Dont really like the full Monogram for Pochette Metis, where else the Odeon they have the Damier Ebene which is my favorite print of all. Thanks for sharing.
The leather version of the PM is beautiful. I went to try it on the other day. I have some pieces of leather from lv. I would always choose it over their canvas.
You’re the reason I purchased the Odeon pm in damier ebene ( same as you) I looove it. My only issue is my Sarah wallet is a pain to get in and out so I usually switch to the slim purse for a wallet with the Odeon 🥰
Thanks for the video!! Both are on my wish list. I have a black empreinte multi pochette which has a dressy leather wrapped gold chain and I feel I can put that on the Odeon and would be able to dress it up a bit.
I love both bags - own them both and I’d have to say the Odeon is my favorite. My PM has the flap on one side lifting up due to their lack of quality on the inside lining and when I took it in, they said it was normal - it’s not normal. My first one was perfect but, recalled for glazing issues and am sorry I ever let them exchange it. I love LV but am so tired of their poor customer service. I’m a VIC with them (Or so they tell me) yet their customer service is so weak and management seems non existent at my local store.
oh my God! Yes! I’ve just bought the Pochette Métis for that price now as my bday gift and anniversary. Thanks to my husband ❤ and card holder too. Left LV for $3000 plus. I deserved.😂
This was a great comparison video. I went back and forth between these bags and finally settled on the Odeon mm. I love it and i wear it everyday and it is an amazing bag. Did you say you had an organizer in the Odeon? If so how does that work for you. I do have an organizer in my Artsy and it is amazing.

I have the odeon mm and I like it for travelling :) better than the neverfull in my opinion for us who live in the rainy U.K. :) The mm version was way too similar to my Pochette Metis . - does anybody even wear the odeon pm as a clutch? It looks ridiculous in my opinion it really doesn’t look like a clutch l0l - Pochette metis is one of a kind x
Hi there. Always great videos! I have both bags. I found you because I just got the Odeon and the wallet I use in the pochette is too hard to get in and out of because of the angle and my wallet is long. I am definitely more of a minimalist when it comes to accessories. Ummm well ….I have a million great choices, I just go in long streaks of wearing one thing. So instead of having 10 wallets, I may have one long one, a compact and a card holder and switch to use for a few months at a time. So I think you have helped me decide on my compact wallet choice from your other video. Thank you!!! I have owned the pochette for years and have used it and adored it every single day. I loveeeee the clip to open it. I love that it takes one extra second bc the slip is so cool. AND It actually feels easier than to reach into the Odeon as I can see exactly what I need and don’t have to reach in blindly and for some reason the zipper makes me feel like I’m gonna scratch myself or the wallet. I’m a crossbody girl. Addicted to the ease of it! So the one thing I wish for both bags is the strap could be switched into something thicker for a more casual look. I just got a Gucci and it seems a lot of the bags are coming with two straps. Do you have any thoughts on this? I’ll have to look to see if LV sells straps only. I bet I’m not the only one who would love to switch out straps to change the look of a favorite bag. Ps I love the scarf on your pochette. I do have water marks on my handle. I’m gonna get a scarf. My two favourite bags! Great video. I treated the vachetta on my Pochette Métis but I’d love to find the exact Bandeau you use on the handle …the colour combo is perfect. I don’t think LV makes that one anymore so I’ll have to search the preloved market. Thank you!
Hey Amber If you can avoid leaving your bag on the passenger seat please do - I was car jacked and all I had in the front was a rubbish bag - my daughter was only 2 and I was terrified he was going to hurt her - thankfully the coward got on the car, sat down said nothing and just made off with the rubbish bag but the mess from the smashed window was terrifying - be safe x
I have the Odeon MM already but now I want the pm, which is pretty excessive. 🤦🏾♀️ It’s like my favorite bag though as of right now. I really want both sizes. 😂 I don’t know if you have the Odeon pm tote bag the other style. Omg it’s so cute as well. 🤪

Loved that comparison!! However, I do prefer my Odeon just b/c first, I got the MM which fits a ton and is still not heavy and second, but mostly, the Métis is EVERYWHERE!!! It seems that everyone has that one and therefore I prefer the Odeon as I yet have to see someone with it 😉 But fabulous categories!! 😃👍💖
Nope. It can’t fit in back pocket because it’s too narrow and it can’t fit in main compartment because you wouldn’t be able to close the flap. You can fit an 8oz water bottle though
