Hi everyone! I took my Alma in to Louis Vuitton for repair and in today's video, I'm revealing my bag. This was originally my mom's bag which she's had for over 20 years! I did get lucky lol. Mine took about 7-8 mos the first go-around though. How long has yours been in repair?

LV took over 7 months to repair the bag. But when it came back, they had only replaced the vachetta. I wasn't thinking straight, paid and took it home. But when I looked it over, the hardware was old and tarnished. So I took it back to the store, they apologized, gave me a refund and the bag was in repair for another month.

It was over $700 I believe. I think repair prices have gone way up lately tho!

it looked little uneven to me. not sure if anyone felt that. but it's great that they refunded you the repair cost so it was free :D

What seemed uneven? Maybe it was the camera angle but in real life, everything is perfect. And I def scrutinize anything and everything from LV these days lol🧐

I guess it's how the canvas folded when she was holding it. It's a 20yr old canvas so it got softer, the new ones do look stiff but yeah it did look uneven at some points of the vid.
